Dr. Gerald Y. Ho's Online Review Report Card

I have been going here for a while like I would say 2 years but I left for one year to Florida and I came back and everything went well in the appointment and then the 2nd time I went back They were asking for my identification and ins card and to fill out paper work like if they never knew me and like I didn't have an appointment just couple weeks before I didn't like that of course and after that at I Try to ask the nurse's Y and everyone just blew me off and yeah their staff is super unprofessional doctor Ho is the worst doctor I've ever had hes so uncaring he doesn't listen to anything any concern he just shows up to the office for a paycheck, on top of that, the nurses leave for weeks & do not attend to your needs or referrals. Recently they were trying to refer me to physical therapy for pain & it was denied bcuz they didnt send any notes as was asked. I just want a new doctor at this point so I'm going to be careful before I start treatment with the new doctor that all the reviews are good! Good luck & do not recommend this place at all!

Ever since I've had to go here, for 8 yrs now, I have been treated with nothing short of respect, professionally, care and any assistance I've inquired upon.

Excellent office good wait they get to you quickly and Dr Gerald Ho and Dr. Justin Wu ROCK! WOULD RECOMMEND

I really appreciate Dr.Ho, his team of PAs Michael, Blanca, RJ and staff for being very thorough with my evaluations, blood work and over all health concerns. . They don't call to remind you the day before of your appointment. Also doctor Ho don’t care about his Patient I am waiting to get better to switch to another doctor.

Everyone that works here is awesome! They are caring and patient.

Never again will I visit this group. I had an appointment over the phone three weeks ago and when I called they said I didn't have an appt. Okay fine so i made another appointment and was asked questions pertaining to Covid. I informed them I had it in June so they asked the doctor and said i was fine to come in. I come in today at 10:10 for a 10:15 appointment and there are nine people in front of me. They asked if I've been exposed to Covid and once again they have to ask the doctor. Be advised that this group is dysfunctional and difficult to deal with. Go elsewhere.

Building looks run down, always have some issue when I come to this appointment. They also don't call to remind you the day before of your appointment. I am waiting to get better to switch to another doctor.

I miss this place after moving away. I had the best Rheumatologist and office staff I could ask for. They treated my Lupus Nuephritis and took there time listening and helping me take my health in my own hands.
