Terrisa Ha's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Ha is an excellent family physician. She has served me and my family for many years. She is patient; takes the time to answer our questions. She and her staff are very thorough and kind. Dr. Ha always follows up with us after our appointments to check how we are feeling and or to share test results. I especially appreciate the fact that we may call and speak to someone in place of having only the option to communicate online (My Chart) like most medical offices require.

This was my first - and last time here. I wouldn’t recommend coming here in the middle of August- especially in the afternoon when it’s 90+ degrees outside and you have to come in here and get your temp checked. My temperate gave a reading of 99 and I was told I wouldn’t be seen because of this. I am not sick and have not been around anyone sick. I was here for severe back pain and wasn’t able to be serviced because of a faulty reading. I took time off work for this appointment and booked it a month ago. When I got home I checked my temp with 2 different thermometers and my readings were normal. I am totally disappointed in the lack of service I received today and will not be back . Shouldn’t even be in the medical field if you are afraid of getting sick

Dr Ha is a great person... really cares about her patients!! We have been attending her for over 20 years, she’s the best... staff also very kind.

I’ve been going to Dr Ha for over 10 years. Very friendly and cares about her patients. She is very direct but polite. Is very strict due to covid but makes you feel safe. Temperature checks and covid questionnaire upon entering for the safety of everyone. Is very helpful!

Visited for the first time after referred by friend. Been told no walkin for new patients, which means obviously not patient friendly.Front desk staff wanted to setup an appointment for later, to which i asked why i have to setupappointment for the problem currently im having. As usal, in parrot script no answers to those questions.

Dr. Ha and her entire staff are incredibly amazing! The appointments are always on-time no waiting, her office is super clean and orderly. Dr. Ha and her staff are super attentive and give you the time to express yourself. It does not feel like most doctors offices where you wait for an hour even though you had an appointment and they get you in and out as if one was a product and not a human.

this has to be THE worst experience i had with a Dr office before i even walk in the door. The person answering the phone was rude and didn't want to help and the back "nurse" Jasmine did nothing but make excuses. Never will i Ever go here or refer ANYONE to this office. The Dr may be wonderful but the staff is horrible. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on eternal ignore. I held for 15 minutes no manager ever picked up.

Had a physical which consisted of weighing in, looked at my throat, ears and an abdominal pat down....Then farmed out bloodwork to the lab. 3 1/2 weeks later, I still haven’t gotten a call back with any results from doctor on bloodwork.No hernia check, reflex check, height measurement, prostate check, eye exam, etc.This is modern medicine. Stamp your forehead as “seen” then bill your insurance for a rediculous amount of money.Unsatisfactory medicine to say the least!Not usually a hater, but gotta call them for what they are.

Best Dr. I have ever had , all my family goes there , never turns you down , all the staff is wonderful , I can’t say enough , I have been with her for 15 yrs. I would totally recommend her !!

Best Dr and Staff , I have been with her for about 15 yrs, all my family goes to her, wouldn't change her for anyone . I drive 1hr from my house just to see her , caring professional I can't say but great things about her, see her you won't regret it!
