Horrible service I had an appointment for Monday 1:00 showed up was told my appointment was for Thursday at 2:30 they don’t know my yet knew my name and that my appointment was for Thursday at 2:30, they did the same two years ago and then lost my lab results Horrible place doesn’t deserve the one star I had to give Horrible Liars

I have been here twice first time I was like fine they were probably busy. I told them my back was hurting this "dr" comes in and gives me a referral to go get an "x-ray" I go to the location and it was to take out blood !! Than second time going the receptionist is rude ! The "Dr" she shouldn't even be considered a dr did not even bother to check me at all! no blood pressure check, no contact whatsoever and that was the same time first visit and that was before covid. Really sucks i do not know how this place hasn't been shut down. I feel sorry for the older ladies that feel like they can't go anywhere but this place.

Went here with my gf and probably the worst receptionist EVER. Why even work at a place if your so damn rude and lie? Took forever to just fax a referral. The lady can go to lunch 10mins early but can't even fax a referral that takes like 5 minutes of her time? Yup, this place is a joke. GET YOURSELF A NEW RECEPTIONIST.

Incredibly, extremely rude receptionist. Dr. Azer doesn't like to give referrals and is always rushing visits. In addition to that, she has another male doctor who works with her who gives prescriptions and yet I get to the pick up my prescriptions and I find out he isn't even allowed to give prescriptions. This place isn't legit. I'm surprised patients still go there. Avoid this place. TERRIBLE!

God awful phone service. The receptionist had a rude tone of voice when answering scheduling questions and didn't provide good customer service. We'll be looking for a different doctor asap.
