I came to this location in La Quinta because the Palm Desert location was not doing X-rays that day. Thank you to the Lady’s at La Quinta. They were already ready to take their lunch break and going to close the doors. They took me right away and I got my films for my appointment the next day. Great staff.

The staff in la Quinta was excellent. But I had to travel 15 miles to find a site with a tech to do simple X-rays. This is very common with Rad-Net.

We just went there for my husband to have an MRI. He is horribly claustrophobic and has a terrible time with MRI’s. The whole experience here was great! From the moment we got in, all the girls at the front desk were friendly and smiling. Iris, who did the MRI, was so patient and accommodating. It took a few tries before he was able to actually do the MRI since he was really struggling with being in there. She was so patient and brought him out every time. She never made him feel like an inconvenience and she really showed empathy and understanding. The facility was clean and well put together too. We truly have no complaints at all. They have a great facility with a great team working there. We couldn’t recommend them more.
