3rd time is the charm. After going to 3 different Urgent care, finally Dr.Pegueros listened to my existing problem and was able to resolve what's wrong with my pain. I finally have a peace of mind knowing it will heal in time. Thank you so much for your time.

Dr. Pagueros is a young man with excellent bedside manners he is thorough and efficient and definitely goes out of his way to assist his patients. He is caring and kind. Traits that u don’t see too often anymore. Since I met him I wouldn’t want any other Dr. to care for me but him. I can put my life in his hands and rest easy knowing I’m well taken care of. God bless u Dr. Pagueros !

Went to dr after a burning throat on Saturday to urgent care. The dr would not give me antibiotics and said I have post nasal drip. Called back doctor on Tuesday for update to see if I could have further treatment and the doctor would not provide a telehealth through Pomona Valley urgent care but said that they offer telehealth through the primary office. But specifically told me they don't prescribe antibiotics over telehealth. What I find disturbing about the doctor is that they were projecting their views regarding my desired outcome onto the conversation. I did not want to get antibiotics, I wanted him to reevaluate his initial diagnosis on Saturday which I was not confident was post nasal drip. When I told the doctor I had a history of sinus infections he said he does not have access to that, although most of my sinus infections have been diagnosed at urgent care and would be in my files there. He also told me on Saturday that a medication my ENT doctor prescribed was not for allergies when it obviously is. The doctor also continued to call me 'dear' and say 'i hope you feel better'. No recognition on their part that possibly the diagnosis on Saturday was innacurate or that something more serious was occurring. Doctor also made personal comments to me regarding the communication when I told him I was concerned he misdiagnosed me on Saturday. Not confident in this doctor at all.

The urgent care facility was nice and the doctor was very through with my treatment and explained the medication prescribed.
