I was seen and treated very well by the staff when I initially went in. The doctor (Yvonne), the nurses (Anh & Kevin) were very efficient, compassionate, and personable; however, the person at the front desk lacks in people skills, communication and is not knowledgeable about simple policies & regulations. I went in person to retrieve a print out of my blood test results, and she responded with "Uuhh, we don't do that here." Needless to say, I am entitled to those documents and I had just gotten off the phone with my Nurse, Anh, who had told me to come in to get them! The receptionist proceeded to argue and told me to have a seat & that I would need to pay $50 for my results! Ridiculous! She rolled her eyes at me. Very ghetto and ignorant. Luckily, Kevin (the other nurse) overheard the ruckus, intervened & promptly handed me a print out of my results, apologized for the misleading information while the receptionist said nothing and looked away.

Staff was efficient and friendly. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. X-rays given at their facility.
