Avoid this doctor at all costs. I have had a pre-existing back condition from the military since 2009. This last year it has been acting up very badly and I have had to spend time at urgent cares, ERs, and other doctors because appointments here are too far out. First-time visit/patient today. Changed from a provider I really like but Dr Wong's office provides more services that save me time (labs taken there in the exam room, don't have to go to a separate place like Labcorp). My wife mentioned that the couple of front office people who were issues seem to have moved on. The ones I interacted with today were absolutely fantastic: nice, customer-oriented, competent. I saw Dr. Nwe, who was a true pleasure. She was extremely thorough, caring, pleasant, and professional. Couldn't have asked for more... Based on how well they've treated my wife in the past, and now me, I plan to stay with them.

I been seeing Dr Tan Wong for about 10 years he is a great Doctor and his stuff are amazing they fallow through on Doctor Wong Referrals my hat off to Nona and Molly and staff i give them a 5 rating 👍

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wong for almost 15 years now. He’s awesome !! I’m a mother of a disabled daughter that past away at age 6. My daughter had 23 specialists, so believe me when I say Dr. Wong is just an awesome doctor, knows his stuff, and always calm and cool. I used to drive all the way from Newport Beach to see him?? And his nurse Nona rocks!!!

They lost my appointment, made me wait three hours in the lobby and had the nerver to tell me I should have scheduled an appoinment if I didnt want to wait so long.

Dr. Wong is a fine caring doctor, when you can get to see him. The front end staff is HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been coming here for a few years, and the best part of the practice is Nona and the PA, Erik. My daughter had a severely broken ankle last year. Because of insurance, I needed my PCP’s referral to a specialist. They wanted to book an emergency appointment 4 days later! I explained it was an emergency and ended up showing up at the practice insisting I see the doctor. Even then, I had to wait hours to get service. Unbelievable and unacceptable...I am now leaving them because I have better insurance and more healthcare options.

Very long waits. I called to get my perscriptions refilled, Dr. said he needed to see me. I asked when I could come in, 4 weeks! I told staff person I needed meds now, was told to go to Hospital emergency room. I would not recommend him!

Dr. Wong and his NP staff are wonderful. I have worked in healthcare myself and I would say that the office staff is what most people are complaining about. They seldom got my insurance billing correct, which resulted in my departure as a patient. Insisting it is not their fault when my insurance company clearly says I am covered is a huge problem. I hope that the good doctor understands that you can't cheap out on billing. He is losing money in the long run.

Horrible staff walk ins welcome but rejected for walking in with no patients waiting ridiculous do not recommend

Worst doctors office I have ever been too. I've been going here for about 3 years now and I will NEVER go back. Today I waited 3 hours, before I finally asked how much longer and this lady at the front desk told me I had another 4 people in front of me. In the past I have waited 30 minutes-3 hours before getting called. This office has tried billing me for things that I've already paid. They are not professional at all. No one ever answers their phone. I told the lady today that I had been calling and she literally said "oh today we haven't really been answering phone calls today." Whaaaaaaaat?! There are people that have health needs that need to be answered and you are going to tell me you're purposely not answering. Such a joke of a place. I will be changing doctors ASAP!
