Everyone was pleasant and friendly and the doctor was efficient and caring

Dr Kauffman received my CT and although I have been suffering from chronic Sinus headaches and my report showed I have a cyst and thickening which is causing inflammation. Dr. Kauffman refused to remove my cyst which he could do easily. He then referred me to a headache specialist because he thought my headaches were probably not from the cyst and thickening. He told me maybe I thought it was sinus but is not. He is yet another doctor who won't listen care or treat a problem instead would rather prescribe more drugs.

Dr. Kaufman gave my nasal and oral passages a thorough examination and recommended some specific (and relatively easy) ways to reduce the symptoms that had brought me to his practice. He also suggest minor surgery in his office if these suggestion failed to alleviate my symptoms. I found he demeanor to be confident and reassuring.

Dr. Kaufman is a great doctor...a real professional. He also uses a technique on after sinus surgery that doesn't require packing the nose canal...that is huge. I am claustrophobic, so having my nose packed for 2 weeks (which is what a lot of ENT doctors do after surgery) was not an option for me...Dr. Kaufman did a great job and my breathing is so much better than it ever was. I wish I found him earlier.
