Scheduling the appt was very easy, Either online or call the office!Front desk staff were very friendly and polite. And the appt was also very on time!Dr. Kaufman is very nice and professional he explained my issue very well.

This is a horrible doctor Completely disrespectful. I have been in constant pain for 2 weeks with facial swelling and no answers... he got rude with me and said what do you expect me to fix you in the first visit deplorable DO NOT GO HERE Waste of my time Barely examined me.

I took my 12 yr old son to Dr. Kaufman for a second opinion. He was excellent with my son clearly explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. We walked away with confidence that we are on the right path to healing. Highly recommend

If this review were solely based on Dr. Kaufman I would definitely give 5 stars. Dr. Kaufman was prompt personable provided age appropriate education and overall very informative. He made sure to explain to my 11 year old how the ear works with diagrams possible complications related to her specific history. Asking her questions about her personal concerns and history. His staff however left a bit to be desired. In these COVID 19 times the staff didn’t do much to make sure we were protected. Wearing the same gloves waking about the office touching multiple items to include mine and the patient before me. Then my ID and insurance card were placed directly on a surface that had just been touched by the person in front of me. When asked how often it was cleaned the response was every 23 patients.... DEFINITELY NOT OK FOR ME They did subsequently offer an alcohol wipe so I could wipe down my items but still did not wipe down surfaces. I saw more concern at the Home Goods in the adjacent shopping center... at least they wiped down between each customer.
