Outstanding physician. I work in healthcare and she is impressive and professional.

I called to set up a potential first appointment as I chose Dr. Pantich for my primary care physician, and on August 30th 2022, her first available appointment was July 7th 2023. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable

Only one review, because all the other were deleted. She might be ok if you have time to wait 7-8 months to get an appointment. Don’t be more than 15 min too late otherwise they try to send you home and reschedule. Annual check is just a referral to a get blood test. Very poor experience.

Dr Jill Panitch is an awesome doctor. She is attentive and asks all the questions to make sure your health concerns and issues are addressed. I highly recommend her.

Dr Panitch is a wonderful doctor. She is open kind and a great listener and explains medical issues very well. When you are with her you have her full attention and feel thoroughly cared for. I believe that Dr. Panitch is rare in her excellence as a doctor. One leaves her office with a well thought out health plan for preventative care as well as support, information and care for any health issues that may have already materialized and need to be addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Panitch.

Dr. Panitch is the best doctor I've ever had, period. She's thorough, compassionate, respectful, smart, humble, patient, and timely. Upon meeting her you immediately get the sense that she's a lovely human being. A few minutes later you'll see that she also has a very sharp medical mind. Her bedside manner is stellar and her follow-up (for example after tests) is exactly what one would want: prompt, detailed, and giving plenty of time for questions. I've been seeing her for about 7 years (first at Memorial Care in HB) and now in Laguna Beach. Dr. Panitch is the opposite of the stereotypical rushed, rude, curt, arrogant doctor you see in movies. Unlike many others who have their "hand on the doorknob" 5 minutes into an appointment (either figuratively or literally), Dr. Panitch never makes you feel rushed and always has time for all your questions. If you're looking for a Family Medicine doctor, she's fantastic!

To get an appointment used to be very easy. Now under Hoag system is almost impossible Today I waited 18 mins. in line without an answer I press 1 for a call back and 3 hrs., later still nobody called me. Worst service ever

One of the best doctors around! I've been under her care for almost 5 years and she is so caring and patient. Her visits are never rushed and to a patient that is so important! She gives you the best care and recommendations always. She also answers her emails timely (through your patient portal) for any non urgent medical questions. She moved practices and I was still able to follow her because she's a rare find.

Went to see Dr. Panitch for the first time yesterday for routine check up. I didn't know that there were Doctors that actually cared and listened. Completely amazed at how well I was treated in the office by the staff and Dr. Panitch. Incredibly professional and caring. So happy to have found this office and feel relieved to know that my healthcare is in good hands for the first time in my life. Thank you for the work you do.
