Would seriously recommend Dr. Spitz. Very professional, and confident in his work. Procedure was a vasectomy. Honestly, painless. Pull the trigger if you are thinking about it. In and out in 30 minutes.

My vastecomy was easy and pretty pain free all things considered. His technique of no sutures seems to be the way to go. Highly recommend him.

I seriously would definitely recommend any family, or friends to Dr Aaron Spitz. The staff was very friendly, and down to earth. The procedure felt very comfortable from start to finish. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience!

Dr Spitz is exceptional. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is great to speak with at every appointment. Dr Spitz was knowledgeable, informative, and the process could not have been easier. I would recommend Dr Spitz to anyone.

THE WORST OFFICE STAFF. Also there is no way to contact Dr. Spitz other than an appt. Terrible terrible office. Would not recommend. Also the doctor no showed our appt.

I’d put zero stars if I could. Dr. Spitz is difficult to reach, he frequently cancels or reschedules, and does not make patient care a priority. His office is a nightmare to work with when it comes to scheduling, answering questions, and ordering medications. Any other line of profession would warrant job loss, but I guess he gets a pass for being on tv. I’m more disappointed than mad, but I don’t recommend anyone having to go through the time and money that we have to get very little in return.

Spent 30-40 minutes laying on my back with my nuts out awaiting Dr. Spitz for my vasectomy... no apology offered when he finally arrived. Impossible to get in contact with post surgery. Phone number on his website is disconnected. The other number went straight to his voicemail. Never got a call back. I eventually tracked down a phone number for the location in Mission Viejo where I had my consult (he works out of multiple locations) in order to learn my test results. Left waiting for 7 days after having dropped off my sample. Doubt I ever would have received a call back if I'd continued waiting.2 stars only because the vasectomy worked.

Made an appointment to see Dr. Spitz two months ago.  Took time off work, drove 30 minutes to get there.  Arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early just to be told that he's running AT LEAST an hour behind.  I asked why didn't you call me to let me know he's running behind.  Her rude response was "We don't do that".  I told her, so basically you expect people to wait for an unknown amount of time in the middle of the day?  Her response "if you don't want to wait I can reschedule you for 3 months down the line".This is not an office, it's a circus ran by bunch of clowns.  Stay clear and take your package to another Dr. who will actually respect your time and business.

Office staff is horrible. No communication. No return calls. Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing over there.

Poor planning for a biopsy of the prostate. No prep instructions given prior to the appointment. Waited 2 months for the appointment, then neglected to give prep instructions. Very aggravating to an already stressful event. Need a better staff.
