I was and I am a patient of Dr. Allen White, a few years ago Dr. White saved my life, I had blood infection and with his knowledge and skills I recovered. To have Dr.White with his delightful personality , in our Hospitals is a blessing and I do believe he is an asset’s to our health community. He is the best and I recommend him very highly. I find Dr. White very personable and caring. He listens and answers my concerns. We even share a mutual fanship for Jethro Tull. Thank you to Phyllis in the office, too; she's very friendly. See you in 6 months.

First impression after my initial visit to Dr. White is I’m impressed. He has a straightforward attitude, calm and easy demeanor. doesn’t get bogged down in technical details and very easy to converse with. I was even more impressed with his office staff very friendly very cordial and a joy to work with. Rumor has it that one of them makes dynamite Italian meals though I haven’t found out for myself just yet.

Dr White is always great at answering questions from both my wife and I and helpful talking care of my health problems. He keeps me inform and Phyllis his nurse is also nice to work with.

Vision and values at S.B memorial health care " is to provide health and well being to the community with compassion and empathy with the utmost ethical behavior by doing the right thing". Physician abandonment is " terminating care w/o a written notice and have reasonable opportunity to obtain services from another physician. As a past patient of Dr. WHITE I was irresponsible by neglecting appointments and lab work due to mental health stability. I attempted to mend my faulty behavior with apologies and begin a new rapport with an appointment in mid NOV. My request was rejected and was told to find another Dr. In addition there was reluctance to medication renewal. Dr. White is very competent and I am so grateful for the services rendered. Unfortunately I am disappointed from my actions that led the Dr to react in a manner that contradicted the values from the group he represents and for going protocol in which I received a letter 2/1/22 that @ end of Feb he wasterminating
