Substandard office in every way. Unprofessional staff. I have been at Newport Heart twice for tests and they never went over the results with me and they are almost impossible to reach on the phone. Dr Kuo does not seem to have any interest in my health,

Ok let me just say Dr. Kuo is amazing. His knowledge, bedside manner, his patience, non-judgmental attitude are only some of the reasons for this 5 star rating. He sat with me and explained everything in detail, reassuring me at every angle from a medical point of view. Very personable and not the slightest bit condescending like some Dr.s you come into contact with. I even called and left a message with his physicians assistant with a question I forgot to ask after my appointment and I received a phonecall directly from him. Not once did I feel rushed or ignored during my appointment OR on the call afterwards. Thank you Dr. Kuo!

Very competent doctor, he was very reassuring before my father's angioplasty. He explained potential outcomes, inckuding risks. After the procedure he personally called me to talk next steps and answer questions. I highly recommend dr. Kuo.
