i had a great experience with Dr ashely when he removed a cyst under my ear perfectly. he told me to come back any time as i had a cyst on my jaw under my ear that he had just worked on, and also said he would remove one from my CHEEK in the middle of my face. after calling and speaking to the most RUDE receptionist who kept referring to Dr Ashley as a woman i began to get irate. she then hung up on me and basically called me a liar! i will be contacting my office to get a referral and file a complaint against this woman. totally unprofessional!!! called at 11:30 11/25/19

Dr. Ashley did an emergency gallbladder surgery on me and he literally saved my life. I was extremely sick and my gallbladder was in very bad condition. My recovery was excellent. And now one year later I have zero scars on my stomach !!Thank you Dr. Blake Ashley you are a gifted surgeon .

I’ve had two breast cancer surgeries by Dr Ashley. His bedside manner is wonderful. He is very kind & compassionate. Am possibly in need of another surgery & wouldn’t want anyone else performing the surgery!!

The ER physician told us Dr. Ashley was the best and from all I can see he is. My father had a burst colon from and infection we are told and he was dying. Dr. Ashley compassionately explaimed the situation and have us choices. Naturally we chose to go ahead. Dr. Ashley skill saved our father. He was there everyday and gave us hope. It still looks like a long road for us be we are so grateful for this mans skill and care. Frieda Jackson

Just had a complicated incisonal hernia repair done by Dr. Ashley. As a retired nurse I am probably more critical than the average patient. I have nothing negative to say about this kind, caring and professional doctor. From my initial consultation to my post operative care Dr. Ashley was thorough, professional and above all, caring. He was patient and answered all my questions and alleviated any concerns I had about the surgery. Post op, my recovery was fast and with minimal pain. I would recommend Dr. Ashley highly to anyone searching for a competent, caring and professional surgeon. I would give him 10 stars if the program allowed me to.

Dr Ashley is a good doctor, but his support staff is not good. They do not return phone calls in a timely fashion if at all. It is difficult to get a live voice for a question and they do not follow through on sending reports without multiple calls...frustrating.

I had three surgeries to implant a peritoneal catheter. The first two did not work. I was more or less dumped on Dr Ashley by the surgeon, who is in this group, who did the first 2 unsuccessful surgeries. Dr. Ashley made a huge effort, picked up the pieces, corrected the surgery and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the first surgeon and his attitude. I am beyond grateful for for Dr. Ashley! Thank you, Dr.Ashley!

He didn't address a concern I was having with regards to an unexpected side effect of the surgery (which was never mentioned as one of the possibilities) with a straight answer. Then he and his office staff ignored my communications when I informed them the problem still persists. They said i had to make an appointment, refused to tell me how much it would cost, refused to acknowledge that there's a problem and that I'd already gone in for it. Horrible office staff.
