The therapists I have worked with are wonderful. I really think the exercises are helping with my balance overall, and certainly in specific areas.

Victoria is amazing! PT knowledge is best I have experienced. She is extremely thorough, provided all the right and useful and easy exercises and provided a variety of options depending on the different aches and pains and muscle issues. I was in a lot of pain where it was difficult for me to drive, go to workout, doing chores etc.  The therapy was excllent. The front office is very welcoming and very easy to set schedules and reschule. Adreinne knew everyone's name the minute they walked. I have been to a few PT practices but none that cam close to Complete Balance. I would hight recommend this team.

So far so good, just started, looking forward to positive results.

I called to make an appointment at this place after being referred there by my doctor. I had to call multiple times before anybody would call me back over a few days. Once they did they were very friendly and asked for my insurance information and confirmed that they were in network. I am suffering from a concussion and everything I do is taxing and very difficult. I made an appointment for a few days later and showed up early in the morning. They then tell me that they don't take my insurance and didn't seem all that sad about it. After spending all of this time filling out their forms and them confirming everything days prior, they then wait until I get there as someone who is dealing with a disability currently, and then tell me that they can't help me. It was such a waste of time and difficult when you are dealing with a health issue especially when everything you do is hard and you can't do much each day. They didn't seem that sympathetic just told me they couldn't help. It was incredibly frustrating. I understand that they have some new systems but this was something they verified and should have verified again before I came in. I can't speak to what they actually do in therapy since all I did was waste my time here. I see on the other reviews that other people have been through the same issue. Beware of this place because they don't even understand what insurance they take and you are going to waste your time. You would think that they would fix this issue after already getting a bad review about the same thing.

Great Service

The young doctors do their very best to determine what the root cause of your problems is. They do so diligently and with patience.Altogether a good experience for people with balance difficulty.

Therapists are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Extremely good at their job. Front desk is great also. Feel more physically secure compared to other PT places and the exercises feel generated just for me and my condition. Laurie

The best PT group we have worked with. Very professional and friendly staff. We have made more progress for my wife for the time she has been with them than previous groups we worked with.

Fantastic and extremely knowledgeable staff and Physical therapists. Dr. Patel goes above and beyond for his patients and uses a whole-body approach to his practice.
