All my visits with Dr Ly resulted in a very positive experience. From the minute he welcomes you to his office in a friendly, reassuring way until you leave, you get an undeniable feeling that you have been in good hands. Dr Ly is respectful, professional, and highly knowledgeable in his field . He listens to the patient‘s concerns and patiently takes his time to explain things in detail , offering options and valuable advice along the way. My Dad was seen by Dr. Ly as a new patient and we were very impressed with his thoroughness, clinical knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Dr. Ly spent a considerable amount of time reviewing my Dad’s records as well as asking and answering all relevant questions. His caring bedside manners helped to put my Dad at ease and I appreciate his approach in caring for my Dad as a whole patient rather than just for his kidney issues. Dr. Ly is an example of the modeled physician and we are fortunate to have him as my Dad’s MD !
