Have gone to Dr. Ibrahim for several years and trust her judgement and suggestions. She takes the time to listen and answer and explain any questions or concerns. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.

I never was able to meet with Dr Ibrahim because her office staff was SO RUDE! I went for a consultation at the time the OFFICE STAFF gave me. When I got there, they said they were "on their lunch break". I said I needed to fill out some paperwork they wanted. The staff member rudely shoved me a clipboard and told me to go outside of the office to complete the paperwork because "they were talking". ...

Dr. IBrahim listens to her patients And takes the time to explore different treatment options. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I do not feel rushed when I have appointments with her. Also the office seems to run on time.

I was truly impressed with the service I received - nice facility and caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. Dr. Ibrahim is TRULY AMAZING, as well as the front office staff were incredible on all 3 visits I made to the office. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!! Highly Recommend Dr. Ibrahim.

I was a patient of Dr. Codini's and do regular colonoscopies due to family history. This was my fourth colonoscopy and first time with Dr. Ibrahim as she took over Dr. Codini's practice. While the doctor was pleasant enough and office staff was mostly fine, this practice is an assembly line to get as many colonoscopies done as possible. I received an order for a follow up CT scan due to an abnormality noted. Getting the CT scan ordered as been a terrible experience. Dr. Ibrahim said Carol would help with this process. Carol advised me that my insurance was requiring that I go to an imaging center some 45 minutes away. My insurance company assured me this was not the case. When I advised Carol of this, she just said 'ok' and offered no other assistance. The schedulers at the center where Ibrahim referred me to were completely incompetent and made me uncertain of doing a scan there. Apparently, if I don't go where Dr. Ibrahim's office tells me to go, then I get no further assistance.After a week of struggling with Ibrahim's office and the imaging center, I've given up and I'm going to my regular GP to follow up on the needed CT scan.I won't be doing my next colonscopy with Dr. Ibrahim.

Such a pleasant experience with Dr. Ibrahim. She really knows her stuff. She's such a good listener and a great doctor. She provides great care and works hard to ensure understanding and comfort.

This is ridiculous! I booked two appointments one for a check in and the second one for a colonoscopy. I called to confirm both dates of appointments because I need to request PTO for them and was able to confirm we were on the same page with dates. I went in for my first appointment and before I was seen got the information for my next procedure and noticed that it said a different date on it a month out!!! They were trying to tell me that I was mistaken but the doctor is not even in that day. Two seconds before they are telling me I'm wrong.....I hear them arguing regarding paperwork of another patient and they obviously have an organization issue in the front office.... They wasted my morning very disappointed now I need to suffer in pain until I find a doctor..... I should've noticed the yelp reviews and avoided this place... I was desperate for help and took the first place that had the soonest availability.....

I have been a patient to Dr. Ibrahim for a few years. Upon meeting Dr. Ibrahim, both Dr. Ibrahim and her team were extremely compassionate. I still continue to receive superb medical treatment and ample time with Dr. Ibrahim, her medical care, bedside manner, and genuine compassion in regards to my quality of my life have remained beyond expectations. I am currently under the medical care of multiple specialty physicians, and Dr. Ibrahim and her team have been amazing. Dr. Ibrahim, Carroll, and the remainder of her team have been extremely helpful, heartfelt and compassionate, while also exhibiting extreme professionalism and outstanding bedside manner. Dr. Ibrahim has never given up on me and treating my health conditions, and always follows through with my medical care. Dr. Ibrahim and has spent extensive time with me listening to my concerns and addressing all my questions, while always making ample time with me despite her busy schedule-this has meant a lot to me. Thank you!

This was my first time going to a gastroenterologist and certainly wasn't what I was expecting. Like other people have stated in their reviews, Dr. Ibrahim spent maybe 5 minutes with me in the room before she told me I probably have IBS or SIBO and rushed me out. In the lobby she gave me a form for lab blood tests & told me she'd prescribe me an antibiotic & SIBO test in the mail & then left. She didn't ask me anything about my diet or if I had any concerns about foods that flare up my symptoms. If you want to see someone who will be thorough and genuinely interested in getting to know your symptoms & dietary habits, don't go here. I canceled my follow-up appointment to see another doctor & left a voicemail for their office because they didn't pick up the phone. No call back a week later. I just called to confirm they cancelled my appointment & yes, they did...without ever calling me back to let me know. Very unprofessional and unorganized front desk staff.

Very Nice! professional and checked up on me multiple time! Would recommend to anyone, Dr. Ibrahim is the BEST!
