Dr Bassler is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring, he takes his time to listen and to provide care and to explain everything in a way it's easy to understand. I don't ever feel I am being rushed through. His staff are also very efficient ontime and caring.

Dr Bassler's staff went 'above and beyond' by taking into consideration my work schedule so that Dr Bassler could remove a growth on my calf. In addition to removing the growth, Dr Bassler provided some proactive recommendations about a condition I experience with my fingers in cold weather. I will be following up with him once winter comes. I mention this because Dr Bassler takes a genuine interest in his patients. Likewise, his staff is professional, caring and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Bassler.

I drive all the way from South Pasadena to Laguna Hills to have my skin cared for by Dr. Bassler and his team. The patient care has just been phenomenal. Prompt calls and scheduling, engaging visits with plenty of time to answer all of my questions, thorough follow up and just a really friendly, courteous staff. I feel well cared for, which has often, sadly, not been the case with many other health providers I have encountered. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bassler is pretty damn awesome. I won't lie. Probably one of my favorite doctor visits I've ever encountered. Was very patient. Answered all of my questions. Allowed me to answer as many questions as I liked. He definitely worked with me to figure out what the issue was. The office staff was so kind and patient with me. I loved everything about my time with Dr. Bassler and his staff. I MOST definitely will be a long term patient of this office. Thanks again team!
