Dr. Farid Jalali’s office is SO TERRIBLE & UNORGANIZED. My mother is a patient with them. She had a endoscopy here. SHE NEVER GOT RESULTS. had to reach out to her primary doctor who said everything was good & normal. Time goes on. They send her a letter a YEAR LATER after saying that they had been trying to reach her by phone (never got anything) and that they needed to discuss some of her results? She calls to make an appt with them. They are only taking telephone appts. A medical assistant at the front tells us she has an opening the next morning at 8:30 to speak to the doctor or the next one is 3 weeks out. So my mom says yes to the 8:30 appt. next day she GETS NOTHING. Calls the office. No one answers. Leaves a message. No call back. No nothing. Then days later she receives a text asking about her experience and a “quick survey about her telephone appointment. When she NEVER TALKED TO ANYONE. How is this okay? A letter to discuss some results is not a simple matter. That’s scary. & they don’t care about reaching out or anything. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE. STAY AWAY

If you’re having gastro issues, Dr Jalili is absolutely your best choice as your physician. I’ve been with him for years and he’s always been there for me. He’s the BEST!
