Could fill out forms online, was sent nice reminders for appointment. Staff was pleasant, office itself was nice, was treated with respect and caring. Saw Dr. Pirnazar, who told me after a complete exam, I didn’t need cataract surgery, just a good pair of glasses, didn’t try to sell what they had at his office. Told me if I had any problems with my eyes to call and he would take care of me. Really nice caring person.

PRO: All of the doctors and their assistants were so great. The dilation, pre/ post op, all the exams were simple. I HATE having anything near my eye but the surgery wasn’t bad at ALL. They even gave me a blanket and a teddy bear to hold onto for comfort the day of! Dr Pirnazar let’s you know what he’s doing, what to expect, and is very soothing.CON: The day I went in for my consultation after the simple exams we went into pre and post op procedures but it was all done extremely quickly! I didn’t feel like I soaked in any of the information. I didn’t even have time to think or ask questions cause all of the information was thrown at me in paperwork, put into a folder and closed shut. I had to call and fill the paperwork out at home over the phone because I felt like I was almost kicked out when I was being helped. If I wasn’t so set on getting LASIK already I probably would have gone home and looked up somewhere else to get it done. Thankfully everyone else was wonderful and it was a breeze!

The protocols and procedures was painless and fast. I psyched myself out more than what it actually was. Eyes were numb so I did not feel pain at all. Doctor and nurses were calm and professional. Didnt even get to small chat, that's how fast it was. Next day here I am 20/20 vision un both eyes. After 20 years of glasses and contacts and all the bull, i can wake up and just see everything for the first time. Dont second guess this just get it done.

Dr. Jonathan Pirnazar and the staff made me feel comfortable during my surgery , I was nervous ,but he kept talking to me which took my focus about what was happening. Surgery only took 10-15 minutes.the following day at my post-opt appointment, I was told my vision was at 20/15. Wish I would’ve done this years ago.
