Interpreter Not Offered - My Mom Had to Leave My mom went to this office and was never offered an interpreter, even though patients in California have the right to one at no cost. Because of this, she couldn't fully understand the medical information being explained to her. Feeling frustrated and unsafe, she decided to leave and asked for her money back. No patient should have to walk away from medical care simply because language services weren't provided. This is not only a basic patient right but also essential for safe and respectful healthcare. I truly hope this office takes responsibility and ensures that interpreters are always offered so patients like my mom are not left without care.

I leave this glowing review knowing she probably won’t even care because she most likely doesn’t need any validation. Dr. Manason is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is not friendly and That is okay! She is the only doctor I’ve ever had to thoroughly help with any issues I’ve had. She takes unheard of time to ensure proper care. I’ve had to deal with more doctors than I’d care to mention as a caregiver and she is truly a great exception to the norm. Her front office staff today helped me tremendously as well and it will not go unappreciated. I was not friendly and she still went above and beyond. I know it’s an extremely tough industry for administrators and I am grateful for her.

I highly recommend Dr Manasson and can’t say enough good things about her, as she has been my daughter’s Primary physician approximately 15 years and my primary physician the last five years. My daughter has multiple medical needs which Dr. Manasson has been instrumental with care and attention to details in getting her medical needs resolved and met with specialist as needed, forever greatful!

I highly recommend Dr. Manasson as a professional. She also takes care of her patients, always calls back and gives working recommendations and medications to normalize your health.

I would give a zero if i could. She was incredibly abrasive, talked over me, and wasn't well informed on female health. Odd being she is female. I had a terrible time with my IUD and said I had to remove it from BV and sharp pains and she said its not possible. How as another primary year before said that its happens a lot. Said I had a hurt tail bone and proceeded to force me to move my legs up..... pretty sure that wasn't needed and scans were. I've never felt like walking out ever before but her attitude and abrasiveness left me feeling so defeated and so unseen as a patient. If your looking for a Primary Dr and your a female run far away! Find a kind Dr who's willing to understand your needs and wants to help. If woman's health wasn't hard enough....

Visiting Dr. Katherine Manasson must I say was one of the worst encounters with a healthcare professional I've ever had. From the start it was evident that she lacked empathy and displayed a complete disregard for my well-being. During the appointment Dr. Manasson immediately focused on my weight, bluntly informing me that I was overweight please keep in mind I am twenty-one years old I weigh 165Lb 5 foot and 6 inches and most of my body mass is muscle. I told her that weight was not a worry because I exercise 4-5 times a week and eat a low carb high protein diet. After sharing this information with her she told me I needed to consume a measly 1200 calories a day. When I tried to explain that such a restrictive diet would be dangerous for me due to my past struggle with anorexia, she callously dismissed my concerns, pushed her opinion on me. To make matters worse, she arrogantly claimed that there was no other way lose weight disregarding my assertions that my weight wasn't a problem.

She was wonderful. I have been her patient for many years and she takes wonderful care of me. I have no complaints.

A few weeks ago I felt that something was happening. I called the office and explained situation. Two hours later, I was in the office. Doctor Manasson listened to me, examining me and immediately sent me to make MRI. She was in touch during the whole procedure with doctors, she was also in touch with me and explained to me everything. I'm very glad that I'm under the supervision of such a doctor.
