Dr James has been wonderful to me and our daughter - I have been seeing him for over 10 years. He is extraordinary in his responsiveness and caring. He was wonderfully supportive during our daughter's very difficult pregnancy and birthDr James has always responded to phone calls - and has spent all the time I have needed with him. He refers to excellent specialists when needed. If you are seeking a caring, skilled, compassionate OB-GYN -I HIGHLY recommend Dr. James. (PS I am in the medical field).

Hands down the best OBGYN ever. Hardly any wait time, and he always puts you at ease, no matter what the situation, and will spend the time to explain things, etc. Even though he’s obviously busy, he always calls back to answer questions and address concerns, you always feel well taken care of. Staff at the hospital love him. His office staff is great, everything runs pretty smoothly. He’s just kind of a nice, funny guy, who happens to be a really great doctor/surgeon, with a pretty nice office and staff.

There is no one better than Doctor James and his staff. I would get pregnant again just to hang out with these incredible people. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, passionate, and above all make you feel like family. So blessed to have found this team.

He was the best OBGYN ever! Very funny, always calmed my nerves. Made pregnancy and delivery very easy for me. I recommend him to all of my friends!

I am so grateful for the Laguna Beach OB/GYN practice and all that they stand for. Dr. James and the midwives within the practice make a dream team for expectant women! Elaine Kopinga was the Midwife present for our birthing experience and she was amazing! She was positive, supportive, patient, encouraging and a great leader in the room. I am so grateful she was there for the birth of our son and to support our birth plan.

I had a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after c-section) only 16 months apart with Dr. James at Saddleback Memorial. I became pregnant in Ohio where my husband had a work opportunity for a year. Unfortunately, because of needing a special malpractice insurance for VBACs, 12 different OBGYNs turned me down for the opportunity to VBAC and had the mentality of “once a C-section, always a C-section”. The 3 VBAC friendly doctors I found in Ohio wouldn’t let me attempt a VBAC because 15-16 months between the births was too high risk. Fortunately, I was able to move back home and found Dr. James on Yelp and he took me under his wing even though I was 30 weeks pregnant by then. He has been such a blessing. His attitude was extremely realistic and positive. He was so calm and encouraging (and even humorous) during the birthing/laboring process and throughout the pregnancy. I truly believe I would not have been successful in having a fantastic 30 push VBAC without his help. I would recommend him to anyone who is pregnant. His office staff are kind and thorough. Not much of a wait in his office. He has midwifes that can help with delivery. They have a great list of other medical/alternative practices that can help you during and after pregnancy (acupuncturist, doula, chiropractor, PT etc). I’m currently exactly 2 weeks postpartum and healing extremely well with just an ample amount of stitches. If I decide to have anymore kids, I’m going with Dr. James again! (Even though he’s a 1.5 hour drive from me!). Thank you again for everything!!!

I HATE OBAMA CARE, and this place is exactly what I am looking for:) I really love what I read about Dr Kenneth! Looking forward to meeting with the doctor and his staff!
