Extremely dismissive and condescending to me when I was a patient. I did not feel heard or understood at all. Pushed for surgery instead of trying other alternatives. Impossible to get ahold of but extremely rude if you don’t pick up the phone for his office. I’m shocked by these positive reviews.

Dr Shah is a wonderful person with excellent bed side manners. He is very easy to talk to and truly explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I am excited for his new practice! Highly recommend!

Slow to Respond to Enquiries The way to contact Dr Shah is to leave a message on an assistant’s voice mail and wait. There is no way to speak with someone in the office. Even new patients are directed to a service. Sometimes they return the call the same day and other times, they get back to you in a few days. Twice I missed one day of my prescription because of the delays. Also, Dr Shaw's PA wrote a prescription for the wrong amount, apparently, they did not check my chart for the dose prescribed by Dr Shah. I get the feeling they do not actually want to see people.

Very difficult to ever get through the phone to leave a message for the doctor. They do not respond messages in the portal as well. At lunch time the voicemail also does not work to take messages so basically they want to do everything to avoid talking to patients! Not worth your time! Find another doctor!!

I don’t understand why unprofessional receptionist are hired to answer phones when they clearly could care less about Dr. Shah’s patients or their well-being. Whoever I spoke with this morning sounded half asleep, and could careless about me wanting to schedule an appointment with the doctor as a new patient! WHY WOULD YOU HAVE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS WHO CLEARLY DON’T WANT TO DO THEIR JOB?!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah since 2016, 6 colonoscopy and 3 endoscopy procedures. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is so kind and caring. Always willing to explain, asks if I have questions and never in a rush. Very thorough and wonderful bedside manner. His staff is great too both at the Digestive Center and his office.

Dr Shah is a great doctor, great bed side manners, very friendly, helpful and communicative/informative!!! He takes the time to listen to all my concerns and questions and addresses them. The staff and nurses are amazing as well - very friendly, always available to make you comfortable and at ease through the whole process and genuinely caring!!!
