She and I just clicked. She was not only a good listener, but she asked all the right questions (the hard questions) to help get me the correct and proper diagnosis. I highly recommend her!

Dr Loc, is extremely rude. There staff sucks they treat elderly very poorly!!! The office manager is completely incompetent and ignorant when you complain they tell you to find another doctor office and kick you to the curb. Doctors take an oath to care for the sick and do no harm. Dr. Loc must have been absent that day!!!! So do yourself a favor STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Great personality; didn't feel rushed... She took time to ask a LOT of questions, ordered tests, and then did a complete evaluation. She explained the diagnosis, the symptoms I should look for, and where I could find further information. I highly recommend her.

I took my 89 step-father to see Dr.Lok. She was patient and took the time necessary to hear what we had to say. Absolutely loved her! It’s hard to find a good turn Dr. these days.

Smart, listens, explains things well, and personable. Does not appear affected by insurance company constraints when ordering tests or making referrals to medical specialists. Her medical treatment improved my health.

I would never recommend Dr Loc If you want to be ignored, belittled, have a Dr. that is cold, looks at her hands and picks at her nails while you are talking then she is for you!

Dr Kiet M Loc is a Neurologist. Her staff is not customer service oriented. If any patient complains the doctor’s staff will reach out to you to notify you to look elsewhere for another doctor. Doctors take an oath to treat patients when the patient are ill or not feeling well. In this case ethics are involved. Would not recommend this office!
