My insurance OK'd only for me to go in for an evaluation here. First, they're not too customer service oriented here. Office has a sign about everyone has to wear a face covering/mask except some customers get to walk in without having one and everyone looks the other way. Why have a sign if wearing a mask not enforced. Then, I finally saw the doctor who didn't even diagnose my skin issue and because of my insurance, she didn't spend much time looking at my issue. Doctor then walked out but let her assistant tell me if I wanted I could get a prescription to try a product which I could only get through doctor's vendor and not pharmacy. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I saw Dr. Fleming for the first time today. She and her staff were very warm and professional. Dr. Fleming listens, cares, and is very thorough. I am VERY selective in choosing my doctors and have no issue with not returning if I don’t experience quality. I strongly recommend Dr. Fleming and am very thankful that I found her after an experience with a doctor who was not quality. Thank for being the best Dr. Fleming and staff!

Worst experience ever. Came in for an emergency consult after months of dealing with a skin issue, for the doctor to barely look at me and tell me that "she didn't see anything wrong" (although I was clearly telling her there was something wrong). Invoiced me $200 for a 10min visit, after having taken 0 cultures, 0 samples, 0 information or prescribed anything that would help the problem.To this day she has never followed up, never reached out to my primary care doctor after telling me that "she would", and clearly overcharged me for having offered absolutely ZERO service.

Dr. Kristy Fleming is someone that I trust and have been her patient for at least 8-9 years. I have had excellent treatment and results. I trust her judgement on what is best for me. I have never had a dermatologist before Dr. Fleming that I had total trust in.
