Do not be fooled by the smile of all of the doctors in this "small" hospital. They are very unprofessional. You have to wait for 3 hours since this is a small business entreprenerd by tens of doctors. They like cheat all people from overseas so patients have to wait long hours. They like money, not being professional. They had a lot of accidents and never check people like bigger hospital like KP. Avoid going to this small hospital. Very dangerous for your baby and your health. The office manager lady is very mean/fake/indifferent to patients' life/safety, she cares only money, not patient or truth/justice. Your baby is so precious so stay away from this unprofessional small hospital, do some research and interview, then go to a better hospital, or a better doctor who know what he/she is doing. They appeared to smile to you but they had a lot of accidents due to not being professional. Do not be fooled by their smile, choose a professional that can perform better. Very dangerous for permanency or baby.

I have been a patient for over 25 years. I always feel welcome and cared for. I have complete trust in Dr. O’Toole and highly recommend her!! She is a good listener, easy to talk to and she genuinely cares about her patients.

Dr. O'Toole is the best doctor I have had in my entire life. I trust her implicitly. She is gentle, an outstanding listener and always calm no matter what is going on. She has gone the extra mile for me numerous times in caring for me before my pregnancies as well as through both complicated high risk pregnancies and now heading into menopause. She always responds to my emails personally and calls me personally with test results. Her attitude is positive and encouraging on every issue and concern. She has never pressured me into choosing a medication, procedure or direction. I hope we never move from the area because no one will be as wonderful to me as she has been.
