Chay Bae is hands down the greatest doctor!! He takes time to explain abstract diagnoses and asks if I had any questions and it’s obvious he sincerely expresses care for his patients. I would recommend this rheumatologist to anyone looking for one!

Dr. Mohindra and the whole team are very welcome and attentive. I am maintaining and improving my health due to Dr. Mohindra’s guidance. I can not thank her enough. Dr. Mohindra has been my doctor for over 10yrs.

I would absolutely not recommend going here for HRT. After I moved from Washington, I reached out to memorial care to continue my HRT treatment. I have been on HRT for nearly three years now. My initial appointment was scheduled with a doctor who could not prescribe testosterone despite me specifically requesting that and very explicitly stating that that was the main reason I needed to come in. When I scheduled they said it shouldn’t be an issue…. And yet 🤷🏻 They were able to last minute find me a doctor who COULD prescribe testosterone, which was great. I was fine for a few months, and granted, I should have been more proactive in following-up. That being said, when I did request a refill (after having not heard from them at all), they denied it and stated I needed an appointment. I made a telehealth appointment because I now live nearly two hours away. No one said that would be a problem until 7 am on the day of my appointment when they asked me to switch to in person in order to sign a consent form and take a drug test (???????? Which, btw, is not at all a requirement for HRT and typically only serves as a policy in order to limit access to care). I’m fed up and switching a different provider. I’m sure memorial care is fine for other health care needs, but I think it should be known that this is simply not the place for anyone needing gender affirming care.
