My mom went to Dr. Malekirad for breast cancer treatment. She forgot to ask for my mom's oncotype and now there's a one-month delay after her surgery and she hasn't started chemo or any treatment yet. Per other doctors, this delay can cause complications in a case that could easily be treated. Awful bedside manners, no clear explanations, seems like she doesn't know what she's doing and won't return multiple calls I've had to their office. KEEP YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES AS FAR AWAY FROM HER AS POSSIBLE.

I'm writing this for my brother, Ronn Yasui, who had a PETSCAN at MemorialCare Cancer Institute at Saddleback Medical Center. He has claustraphobia and when he walked into the building, he said the environment was so calming and the employees were so wonderful!!! He wanted to make sure that Jace, Sean and Jeff received high praise for comforting him because when he had his MRI last week, he suffered a panic attack so he was very anxious about the PETSCAN. Thank you for taking great care of my brotherf!

I had been in this facility 2x before and the staff including Shawn and Jeff were very friendly and supportive.Today I went for consultation with a Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Usama Mahmood.I was very impressed and am rating the entire office staff with a 5 STARS and if there's anything higher,I will go for it.From Shawn at the reception is just very friendly, he starts with just a very good impression,he greets right when I was entering the door with a radiant smile,makes me felt so easy/relaxed as part of the start of care,the entire atmosphere is so bright.He is excellent at what he does,he also does it with everybody who enters the door.The RN CHERYL is very accommodating,friendly and very supportive,possesses the excellent qualities of an RN.Then Dr.Mahmood came to see me and He reviewed my history,checked all the previous procedures,explained the overall treatment plan referred me to the other departments as needed.He is very professional,knowledgeable, practicing with a excellent training,very caring,very careful and has a very wide/profound knowledge and perspective as to what is needed for the patient and he deals with it on a case to case basis and on a patient centered approach. May God bless them all.
