Dr. Lazaro's staff members are rude and condescending. It was my first time booking with them. No courtesy call was made by there staff alerting me, I have no messages left with an attempt. When I made the appointment, no pre-visit paperwork was sent to my email. No disclaimer IF YOU MISS the first appointment you can NEVER schedule with us again. I accidentally made the appointment on the 6th with them, however added to my calendar for the 7th. I called immediately when I realized the "day" and left a message well with in 24 hours. When I called back to reschedule, the rude staff member said, too bad, you didn't make your appointment, so you cannot see Dr. JarEd Lazaro or any other Dr. With General Memorial EVER! I've been looking for a great Primary Care Ph, I researched and was happy to land on Dr. Lazaro. I made a one time "easy to make" mistake. The way I was spoken to was so rude, and inconsiderate. My time is really important too, so I OFFERED TO PAY for the missed visit and she again said NOPE, too bad, it's our policy. YOU CAN NEVER SEE ANY DR. EVER!! I literally could have said "my dog died" and would have been dismissed without consideration. General Memorial & Dr. Lazaro your staff gets a negative 5 stars!! Zero manners, rude & condescending. In the world we live in , it would be nice to be treated kindly and not punished or talked down to for making a very simple error. I will be happy to share this will all my friends, colleagues, and clients. -appalled!

I came here for blood tests not to see a medical provider. I was helped by erik both times and he was awsome at his job. He was able to draw blood from my vein the first time and when i left his office i didn't have any bruising in my arm like i have from other offices. Erik was very efficient with my blood draws allowing it to be a painless and quick experiance. He had a wonderful behavior and was very kind in my visits with him. He also took the time out to explain to me what the tests were for and what the results would mean. He made sure i felt at ease the entire time and was patient with me while also giving me the most information that was at his disposal. He is someone who went above and beyond his duties taking time out of his busy day to provide me with my insurance phone number and the insurance qualification numbers needed to call my provider and ask whether or not i was covered for a specific blood test. He cared enough to make sure i didnt have to pay out of pocket for a test and helped me to understand what the blood draw was for. Im very thankful to him for helping answer my questions and making me feel at confident with who was drawing my blood. Best experience i've had in a long time. He is a very professional person who knows what hes doing and loves it. Thank you erik.

First of all, I have seen Dr. Pantea Mozayeni two times for two years for my annual check up. The first year it was ok. Last year though, was very weird, she spent a little time with me, too hasty, barely examined me, made me feel like she doesn't care or she doesn't like her job?! Anyways... I thought I give it another chance, maybe she had a bad day, I booked another appointment this year, took hours off of busy work and wheh I got there they tell me your appointment is canceled!! Like not even call me and letting me know. I'm like shocked because this almost never happens. The receptionist told me let me go ask Dr. again and he comes back and says: yeah she said she's busy she's 1.5 hours behind, do you wanna reschedule? I definitely said no because I don't trust this unorganized place anymore. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Thompson has been great over the years. He's a good listener and takes time to explain things. Highly recommended...

The staff was NOT friendly and courteous ??

Probably the fastest and best MC facility I visited.  Touchless door access,.. pre-entrance screening.  Full protection protocols Best blood draw I have ever had.  Really.   I did not notice the vials were drawn and done.   Zero bruising or bleeding.Bravo!

I called for an appointment for a PSA blood test, the wait time was very long but understandably they have to have precaution due to covid. They told me I have to have referral from  my doctor(Specialist), so I called and they fax the referral right away. I called again and I took my son to get something to eat at the drive thru (Taco Bell)and when we got home that's when the phone was finally  answered. I finally was able to make an appointment and was told my appointment was at 1:35 ,I assume it was with my primary doctor's office in Laguna Hills, when I showed up before 1:00,I was told I did not have an appointment but to come back 5 min. before my appointment since they don't allow too many people on the waiting room. When I went @ 6 minutes prior to my appointment and when finally I got in it was 1:34 and then they told me that my appointment was at San Juan Capistrano. HOW COME THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT WHEN I FIRST SHOWED UP ???San Juan Capistrano is 10 miles away and with traffic I'll never make it .They told me to come back at @2;10 but I had appointment  for my son who is Autistic .I called up again and again the 30 min. more wait, they set me up for an appointment @ 10:40 in El Toro and before I can confirm I got disconnected again. They never had the courtesy to call me back!!I called again and waited for another 30 min. for someone to answer the phone and understandably I was upset and the lady on the other end was RUDE !!

Why does no one answer the phone when I call??? I have called a dozen times and I am always kept waiting on the line for an hour. Still have not managed to reach an operator. How are they that busy?

Dr. Mohindra is very professional, kind and humble and cares for all her patients.  The whole staff  provides great customer service by treating all of their patients welcome and like family. Thank you.
