The reception staff were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. My appr was for 10am. I didn't get mammogram until nearly 11am. I was supposed get a ultrasound too, but they didn't no anything about it. I waited for another 16 min and was told the Dr. Agreed, I should wait until she could it I had to be somewhere at noon so couldn't wait. She well fine make an appt. and I said I'd come back when it wasn't so hectic and the technician said it's always like this. I went to the front desk to get an appt. and just got a card with number to call. No help whatsoever. So I was there almost two hours and didn't get the complete exam. Mission Radiology had me in and out the year before with both mammogram and ultra sound in an hour.

I made an appointment for my MRI two weeks out thinking that was enough time for insurance approval. I arrived at my scheduled appt. time to find out the request was not sent to the insurance company. I did not receive a call to reschedule my appointment. So, at the facility, I made another appt. this time three weeks out and they said they would call me when approved to speed up my appointment if possible. They called stating the MRI was approved and to come in for my appt. Over a year later, I receive a bill stating the insurance never paid the bill and insurance never approved the MRI, so I needed the pay the procedure amount in full. Note, I never received a bill before the one year period. Before they advised me of this, the bill (1st bill), since it was over a year old, went straight to collections. My insurance company is clearing this up since the facility is in network and should have been submitted within six months per their contract. Also, insurance advised, the doctor and facility never got back to them when more information was requested on the need for the MRI. The facility does not have any record of correspondence; however the insurance company has several records of request for information. This facility and Saddleback Neurology is POORLY run and not worth the aggravation or needless time.

Your staff was wonderful. As I came in already nervous as to what my diagnosis would be, I was treated with the upmost courtesy and empathy. Your staff and the doctor reading the mammograms and ultrasound were amazing. And explained everything as we went along. I would recommend this office with a high rating.

The Breast Center Saddleback /memorial Care center is wonderful. The girls are all caring , thoughtful kind and sweet. They get you in and out very quick and it’s painless! Everyone must go and get their mammogram!
