Both Dr. Chang and his nurse are the nicest doctor and nurse I have ever experienced. Dr. Chang is extremely caring and will spend the time to listen to your concerns and will do everything in his power to resolve the problem. He is genuine and really cares about his patients and his job. They are very quick in putting in referrals and getting them approved. I actually look forward to my appointments! The entire staff in the front office is also courteous and efficient and always greet you so pleasantly.
