You’re looking for caring loving healthcare help….., do NOT go here! If you need same day help, forget about it. I literally had to walk my mother into the office. You call their answering service and they say you have to make an appointment. They take messages and never call you back. They have taken five days to return a UTI result. One time of which put my mother in the hospital. This time has been five days and waiting to see if it’s affecting her kidneys again! Do yourself a favor and do not choose this office.

My post-operation appointment to remove my catheter was scheduled at Laguna Hills. I was pleasantly surprised when the waiting room door opens, my name is called, and it's Brianna standing there. She used to work at Mission Viejo. It's the second time I've had this procedure, and she treated me last time as well. It's not something anyone looks forward to, but she makes it easier. She's well trained with a great ability to calm her patients. If it's possible to request her specifically, I suggest you do, she's sincerely the person to trust to provide this care. Thank you.

I can't say enough nice things about Dr Randall or the staff at OCUA, especially Melina, but their use of automated communications is disastrous. I love technology, my phone is an extension of my body, they just have no clue how to use it effectively. Information is poor, and what you receive is so vague, it makes human contact that much more essential. I find myself being neurotic, I can only imagine what the nurses and schedulers think of me. I can't describe how unnecessarily stressful it is being a patient here. If you can't do something right, it's better not to do it at all.I'm typically treated in Mission Viejo, those locations are great and easy to find. Laguna Hills, not so much, especially for the first time visitor. I had absolutely no idea the office was literally the building next to the surgical center. Forget the address number, it's nowhere on the building and listed as totally different streets. How stupid is that? Just say, "Harvard Eye Building", that would be considerably more helpful. Hell, just post a photo, that's self explanatory. After this initial ordeal of confusion, it's quite simple now, and blood pressure meds are readily available.There was definitely a moment I almost turned around and drove back home. Google maps is no help, there's no street or satellite view, just shaded boxes that are supposed to represent buildings. There's no excuse for anyone to endure this. If I have to pin the different locations myself, so no one else has to experience this, I will.Great care if you can survive the experience. May God be with you.
