Highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his team. His initial exam was the most thorough out of the three neurosurgeons I consulted. He patiently answered all of my questions and truly considered my best long-term options. His patient coordinator Weda was very efficient and helpful coordinating my surgery. Only two weeks after a double disc replacement surgery I feel like a new person able to reclaim my active lifestyle. A million thanks to Dr. Jackson and his team!

This doctor is a horrible surgeon don’t trust his work hes an incompetent surgeon he has left me in worse pain than before surgery and my nerve pain is worse

Dr Robert Jackson ruined my life by me trusting him to do neck surgery . Saying I was going to be paralyzed if I didn't do surgery. I had no pain before surgery now I am paralyzed with pain / burning / numbness/ off balance /dizziness and brain fog /Stiffness in neck after any exercise and other doctors have told me I would have had to be hit by a semi truck for me to be paralyzed He jumps to surgery way to soon and has no concept of the danger his patients are in .. Don't trust him

Dr. Jackson and his MA are terrific. The front desk staff is abhorrent. RUDE, condescending, inpatient and mean. I was literally told that I need to schedule other emergency appointments around Dr. Jackson's availability. Umm...it doesn't work that way. If I need an urgent MRI of an arm or leg, I'm not going to schedule that around when my neurosurgeon is available to check my shunt. Especially when the MA can do it just fine. No, I can't wait 15 days to have an emergency MRI of a suspected ruptured tendon. Why be so rude to your patients??? We are more than just neuro patients and injuries occur to other parts of our bodies that we cannot predict or schedule around. Sorry not sorry. Dr. Jackson, please retrain your office staff and teach them some manners and customer service skills. Please.

Robert Jackson MD replaced my C-5 and C-6 vertebrae with a titanium cage and two rods to stabilize everything. I knew immediately when I woke up from surgery that it was a success because the extreme pain I had in my right arm and numbness in my fingers was gone.I had the surgery in 2012 and to this day, I have never had any discomfort.

This procedure did not help me at all its horrible the nerve pain and lower back pain has not improved im not happy at all and how can people say hes a world class surgeon and he cant give me any answers is totally ridiculous
