Don't! This facility is still pushing the nonsense we saw in 2020! Take your money and time elsewhere!!!!!!!!
Went to the Saddleback Hospital ER at 9 PM Monday the 7th. I have to say that this is the best hospital experience I've ever had. The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional the whole staff was courteous quick and kind. I'm actually surprised I'm writing all these compliments! Two prescriptions were made for my pharmacist. It was a clean friendly atmosphere.
If you got to go to the ER, this is the best place ever. In particular, the nursing staff are very caring, compassionate and on top of everything. The place is clean, immaculate actually and safe. Tam is a great nurse and hope you get her too!
Live in Rancho Mission Viejo, California. Been to Providence Hospital Mission Viejo numerous times the last 3 years with family members. Decided today to try Memorial Care Saddleback Hospital today for ER care for my husband. Quick check in, excellent response, professional and friendly staff, engaging ER doctor, quick diagnosis and treatment. In and out in 2 hours max. Providence in Mission Viejo wait times multiple hours and staff attitude terrible. Security guard tasked with verifying your symptoms first. We do have choices. Closest is not always the best choice.
The lady they are on the front she has a big attitude my husband went with pain on her left arm a he almost has heart atack a she never took him inside until I call the nurses this a very bag hospital server’s I wont ever go there again hope they fire the lady Filipino
I went with my father yesterday because he had excruciating lower back spasms. The entire staff from the reception to the x-ray technician to Dr. Toby to eventually the injection administering nurse, Jessica, were nothing but super professional, helpful, and friendly. Definitely seek quality healthcare there from caring competent individuals
I had a really great experience at this hospital. I was here at the beginning of October. Didn't have to wait long in the ER and they were quick to help once I was back there. Thought I would get some medicine for my condition but ended up being admitted and had to stay for 6 nights. All the nurses, doctors and other staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely go back here if needed but hope it isn't anytime soon :).

I need to divide my review into two parts. But first I need to note that I am a physician, retired for 10 months after 48 years in practice. My initial response to admission & staff care of my wife in the ER was very satisfactory & I would give the hospital a 4 star rating. The physician part was disappointing & I would rate it at 1 1/2. I never saw the physician until the last 2 minutes before my wife was discharged. I don't believe he ever examined her lungs, heart, neurological system, etc, the routine things that physicians should be doing. He did report that her testing indicated she has "the flu" but never suggested that she should take a medication call Tamiflu which is considered standard of care for someone 80 years old with less than 48 hours of influenza. And I wasn't astute enough to ask for a Rx. Therefore I would not recommend this hospital's ER doctors.
Two nights in a row, my mother has to call my father at home in order to get any attention-she is left violently shivering from the cold in her hospital bed. Call button ignored by overnight nurses, who can then sometimes be less than gentle with the patient. This is not care; it is abuse!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
