I would not recommend coming here. Expect a multiple hour wait even with an appointment. The people who work there (not including the doctor) are rude and not welcoming at all. The only redeeming point is that Dr. Ridder is very nice and respectful. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and has a lovely personality.

This clinic earned the five stars. Facility is clean, staff is friendly. Like any other clinic, you'd expect to wait as a walk-in patient, but overall the experience was quick and painless. Keep up the good work!

The most PLEASANT urgent care visit EVER!!! The staff here is extremely nice. The nurse was so kind and answered all of my wife’s questions, and Dr was incredibly patient and kind to her. The wait time was minimal and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Will definitely be returning.

The staff at this urgent care really took the time to help me out. I wasn’t feeling well and really wanted to be in and out quick. I really appreciated how the staff accommodated me and got a doctor to see me within a few minutes. Awesome team and very efficient. Thank you!

Called to see what the wait time was and there was no line. All the other places I called would not even pick up their phones which can be so frustrating when you need to speak with a live person. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me with my paperwork and accepted my insurance (most urgent cares don’t accept my insurance). The doctor I saw was so knowledgeable and personable. I really felt like the entire staff genuinely cared about me.
