List of Sue Mohindra's Reviews
What I always like. Her clear, concise and pleasant manner is refreshing. She is highly competent, to boot.
This should be a zero stars post really, 1 star is being too nice for Dr. Mohindra. Don't bother with her. She's an interrupter, dismissive towards you, and many other adjectives, you get the idea. I have an ear infection. My whole life I get these and every doctor prescribes antibotics. But not Mohindra. She's not practicing medicine there, she's about holistic approach or just google your symptoms. Now, I will eventually waste another doctor's time at Urgent Care just to get antibiotics. What are we paying for? She wasted my time. Never again. Why is she still employed there when so many people have complained? Now I understand why her schedule was wide open because no one wants to go to her! Do better Memorial Care.
Rudest, most dismissive doctor I have ever experienced in my life! I don't know how this woman is allowed to treat people. Her bedside manner was absolutely horrific! The things she says and the belittling words she would use was just appalling. She started our appt by asking me if she could use AI for our appt to help better diagnose me, i thought that was a weird request but i said ok, no problem. She then asked me about my issue and when i started to explain it, she would keep interrupting me by saying things like, thats not relevant, and to get to the point on how i wanted her to treat my issue? Ummm, i came to the doctor to find out whats wrong and how to treat my issue, not to tell her how to do her job!! She told me the painful and growing lump on my hip was my own fault and that i SHOULD NOT exersice anymore and that its not her problem that my knee keeps popping out of place. The only treatment she could give me was to take 3 Ibuprofen a day... i said that wasnt an acceptable answer and demanded actually treatment. She said its not her job to diagnose me and that she already asked me how i should be treated, which again i said, im here to be diagnosed by my doctor or to be referred to a specialist if this was out of her expertise, to which she finally said, it looks like were not going to get along and i will get someone to get you a referral. This was my second visit with her as she is not my primary doctor. My first visit with her, was a little different so I was a little taken aback at her rude attitude today. On my 1st visit with her, she was dismissive about the main reason I came in and said she needed to book me a few checks to dig deeper, which got me a little worried... 1 heart monitor, a blood test, and a thyroid imaging test later, what do I get? No follow-up response.... I was excited that I may have found a good doctor but after today and the lack of follow up from the 1st visit, I will be filing a complaint and will also start looking for a new doctors office as my Primary doctor isn't any better than her... Btw, they are both from Memorial Care, and I hope this isn't a trend with all of their doctors... is it too much to ask for a doctor that can actually doctor?
Easy to talk to and asked great questions about my health history to gain insight. Minimal wait time and everyone was very friendly
I saw doctor Sue Mohindra today @ 1:40 p.m today. As an reading her after care notes. I can't believe how she is twisting everything that happened in room 15 today. She is abusive, lier, would not allow me to finish my sentence, she accused me of being depressed which is her favorite word. She will not answer my questions, as I kept being interrupted by her. I will make her notes public, as I told her to never never accuse me of being depressed, I told her, frustration is not anger, or depression, is feelings neglected by your own primary doctor, who doesn't allowed me to speak. from not getting the care I need, her rudeness today was uncomfortable, I felt belittle, and am not going to tolerate her tone of voice towards me. Today I walked out of the room, as she kept ignoring my answers. I hope I can get a meeting with the General Manager,as she knows this is not the first time Doctor Mohindra abuse verbally, and also, Doctor Patel in San Clemente, told me that he had no clue why she had sent me to see him as he is not a specialist in Neurology, his office gave me a number when I left his office, for a nerve specialist. He said the only thing he could do for me was to order an MRI. when I saw doctor Sue Mohindra after seeing Doctor Patel, I made her aware of what he had said, Doctor Mohindra advice to go get the MRI done and that she will take from there. But today when I reminded her of her conversation with me , she denied it!! Here notes from today, are awful, as she is accusing me of being angry at all my negative results. I started my care with her on September 1st 2023, for horrible headaches, vomiting, nausea, is now January 15 and am still in square one. I always ask for her to help me, I always tell her please help me find a cure for my illnesses. As they keep adding more pill, and more pills, that get me drowsy. This is Frustration but anger, or depression as she stated on her lying notes, manipulating the system, and also my health insurance. Since September, I have had numerous labs, X-rays , ultrasound, MRI and another one coming up, which according with Doctor Mohindra, nothing is wrong with me. And yes, I did walked out from the Moulton facility, as I wasn't going to keep being belittle by this rude doctor, that doesn't listen to her patients. I hope a true Manager calls me to set up a meeting. As these doctors behaviors are unacceptable.
Dr. Mohindra has the worst bedside manners. My husband & I left her practice because of poor care-while my twin sister stayed. She fat shammed my sister saying "you're big!" And proceeded to insult her for needing ADA services. Unless you enjoy being insulted, I suggest you seek more professional, supportive care.
Dr. Mohindra is personable, thorough and sensitive to what the patient needs. She is quick to respond and answer any questions I may have and also follows up on previous issues and other Drs' visits. Been my Doctor for 20 years.
I had a horrible experience with her a few years ago. She was so rude with words and unprofessional.
Dr. Mohindra has been my Doctor for years and I couldn't imagine having a different Doctor. Dr. Mohindra is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and truly one of the best! Thanks to Dr. Mohindra, I have been a non-smoker for about 5 years now and this was accomplished with her constant encouragement and positivity. She is the perfect Doctor for me...
Doctor Mohindra went with me through all the details of my condition, listening very carefully for every thing asked me questions and evaluated the condition very precisely.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
