Sunil Gupta's Online Review Report Card

I havent come here to see the doctors only to have blood drawn for tests. The man who did that was erik i saw him twice and he was great. Ive never had any bruises after leaving and i haven't had to worry about being poked multiples times with a needle because he couldnt find a vein. Unlike other places i've been to i've been able to feel secure in who's taking my blood and erik is wonderful answering any and all questions i have on what the tests are for and what the results would mean. He is someone who goes above and beyond in his job to make someone feel secure and provide them with the most information at his disposal. I was unsure if my insurance covered a certain test and he was able to provide me the phone number to call and the information i needed to provide my insurance so that they could throughly check if i was covered. He is great at drawing blood and always puts care into what he does. Im very grateful to him since i've experienced places that are not as professional or practiced at what he does. Thank you erik for taking great care of me when i come to visit.

Even a patient here for years. Really liked a couple of the providers. Unfortunately for the last two years my experience hasn’t been great. Everything you do is via the app or MyChart, which is great with me if it worked and if they responded to requests and messages or appointments unfortunately they don’t.Secondly two years running they have given me a referral for routine procedures and the provider has zero availability last year this year 1 appointment available four months from now (seriously).Also needed a referral for a more urgent need - nothing, contacted via MyChart, emailed and called - nothing, no response.When you call you are dealing with someone in their call center & they really don’t seem to care.

Dr. Gupta and staff were wonderful! The from the minute I was greeted everybody maintained a professional and friendly attitude.The office is extremely clean and took care to make sure that people were social distancing. Dr. Gupta is kind, yet thorough, listening as well as offering his knowledge. Nothing short of amazing. I am finally hopeful again.

Best rheumatologist of 5 visited over past 10+ years.

I find Dr. Gupta to be very easy to talk to, listens to and clearly answers my questions and puts me at ease. I like him very much and appreciate his care.
