My experience was horrible. I ended up changing my doctor. Here are the things I did not like. First, she insisted that I should get carrier testing, which was not required as per my fertility specialist. I had to pay out of pocket for that testing. Second the ob coordinator at her office does not know anything. They took eight viles of blood for carrier testing, which I told them I have to think about. Once they took the blood they said you can call and cancel it. Then why take so much blood from a pregnant women's body?

She delivered my 3 kids, ages 26, 25 & 21. Hard to believe it's been that long! She is an excellent physician, has a great bedside manner and truly cares about her patients.

I had to leave this practice because the front office is so chaotic and unresponsive. I had several phone calls to them (to merely set up an annual appt.) which were never answered or returned. I went there twice, and both times had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor. I just cannot work with a practice that crams in way too many patients per day. All I need is an annual pap smear and exam, and this office just makes that too difficult to do once per year.

I have been going to Dr Mendelsohn since I was pregnant with my son, 25 years ago. She is my favorite doctor and I will not go to anyone else for female care.

I have been seeing Dr. Mendelsohn for about 3 years. Initially, she seemed like she did somewhat care about patients. Service became just worse and worse- no attention, , waiting for a long time and getting limited explanations. I actually literally asked her how is the word she mentioned spelled, so I can ask google and get some explanation because she is so busy. Please keep in mind that I am no nonsense and straight to the point person and I did not expect her to chat and entertain

I'm a little nervous about leaving this review, because I LOVE Dr. Mendelsohn and would dislike having more appointment competition but I have to state how much I appreciate her. She is so bright and knowledgeable. I have been seeing her for about 15 years. She saw me through both my pregnancies and delivered one. Being over 35 years of age with both, she was on top of extra tests and US's should they be necessary. She may also be a bit "rough around the edges" but I trust her completely.

5 stars is not enough for this dr. She is amazing! She listens what you said and make you feel you are in a safe hands .... My baby will turn 2 tomorrow thanks to this amazing dr . You can't never go wrong with her !
