Very professional and a beautiful work group.

My parents are patients of Dr. Motlagh for almost 2 years now. I was able to accompany my mom to her visit yesterday. The office was very nice and clean. The medical assistant who checked my mom in, was nice and professional. Dr. Motlagh was very attentive and listened to her concerns and problems and addressed them with care and compassion. We didn’t feel rushed at all. Check out process was smooth.

She is doing cosmetic work . For medical conditions find a knowledgeable physician She is practicing like assistant physician .

Love Dr. Motlagh and her staff. I've always received 5 star service in the last 6 years.

Practice seems to be more about the money than treating their patients. Went in for a sore throat , Dr. Requested me to get a chest x-ray. I am prone to sore throats once a year and the coarse of treatment has never been an x-ray.

This office is the most unprofessional Dr’s office that I have been to. There is no office manager and no benefit coordinator.when they present $600.00 bill for office visits and you question them to why because it is fully covered by insurance they have no idea why there is balance due!!!At one point the Dr started talking to me about finances during my office visit to which made me feel super uncomfortable. had to call insurance myself and get claims processed correctly since they were submitting them incorrectly. On top of everything else, then I get a call from Omid another office staff that if I do not pay the balance ( Bogus balance) , they would send me to collection. Very unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful to patients. When you call to express your concerns they hang the phone up . They only care for cash patients that they come in for cosmetics treatment that they offer at their medical office.

A few days ago I went to the consultation with this doctor, I am Panamanian (Latina) and I speak 85% fluent English with almost no accent. I clarify this because part of what happened to me with Dr. Behnaz Haghighi Motlagh has to do with her speaking to me slowly and mockingly when I asked her to repeat the explanations or certain questions she asked me. I am 51 years old and I am going through menopause, I suffer from chronic pain that may be due to arthritis and other ailments and this doctor only gave me referrals for laboratories, orthopedics and physical therapy. It might seem normal and it is, but he didn't do any physical exam like other doctors who have treated me for the first time in Florida, North Carolina and right here in California have done it, as if he didn't want to get close to me and he feels It's ugly as a patient to be treated like this, and the thing is that I asked her for a referral to a nutritionist because I need to lose weight because I suffer from my spine (scoliosis) and she told me that she had a plan to lose weight but that it cost $175 a month and that My insurance didn't cover it and he looked at me like someone who said, I don't think you can pay for it. He changed the subject and gave me the name of the anti-inflammatory that he was going to prescribe and on the way out I asked him again for a reference for a nutritionist and he told me with a half-mocking laugh: a nutritionist is not going to help you lose weight, that's not going to work for you. to work because you have chronic pain and walking or exercising is not going to help your pain and those diets are not going to work for you, our program with the diet and the injections will work for you in maybe about 6 months. I weigh 178 pounds and am 5'4" tall and I know I can lose weight with a regimen for my age. This doctor and her office was like entering a beauty salon specialized in beauty programs with botox and other chemicals to maintain women. younger. To finish and without wanting to sound like social resentment, I see many comments from women fascinated with this doctor and I saw in the office many women of my age and older who looked much younger and slimmer and of the total there were 75% of physical characteristics /ethnic like the doctor's... I already call my health insurance to change primary physician. I am a housewife with low income and l can't afford to waste any more time with my health.

I have been patient of Dr. Haghighi for the past year and she has always took time to listen to me. She has always been very nice and gone beyond call of duty to help me.

The most horrible experience...I showed allergic reaction to what I received at their practice. Called several times and no result. When I complained to their office staff, very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional bunch hung up on me! No office manager! These girls will ultimately destroy this practice, and if these doctors are smart enough, they should fire them all!!! This practice is strictly about numbers $$$, they're not in it for medicine, it's only a business!

I rarely write a review, but my experience with this practice has been the worst ever in my adult life!!!!! The office staff are rude and have zero, ABSOLUTELY ZERO knowledge how to work in a professional setting! I showed reaction to what I was taking, called 2 times to talk to Dr. Motlagh, not only the doctor or the office didn't get back to me, they hung up on me when I complained!!!! No, I don't recommend this practice because following up and being responsive and responsible MD is the basic thing to do for your patient! Unfortunately I feel this practice is strictly a business! What real practice doesn't have an office manager???? This one!!!!!
