He was creative with his methods of relief & continued to think outside the box to help me heal for the long haul & not just provide temporary relief. I had gone to several doctors and chiropractors before, and I never really received any answers as to why I was experiencing pain. Keith’s team found my problem in my first session, and they truly helped me progress to a point where my pain is basically nonexistent. Dr. Keith has made my life worth living again! I was in constant pain and could never figure out why until I saw Dr. Keith and his amazing team. He is very in tune with his patients' bodies and which remedies will work best to help solve pain and discomfort issues. I've learned to correct my posture and how to address the pain issues I was experiencing. My quality of life has improved so much and I can't thank him enough!

From the initial phone with Caitlin for my appointment I have been more than impressed with this Clinic. Ross is an absolute rock star PT. Caring, knowledgeable, professional, makes clients feel comfortable. Keith and his staff have been wonderful! They are all friendly and my back pain has completely gone away! Thank you to everyone who has helped me get back on my feet! Also, the place is very clean and spacious, letting you do your exercises in a comfortable setting. Will definitely recommend this place!

I could only say great things about this place and what they do for everyone. I want to share my story, I had this reoccurring injury that would prevent me from playing soccer comfortably. I continued to look for a sports rehab place that could help me with my injury but I had no luck. One day through pick up soccer Keith Corbin invited me out to his clinic and told me he would take a look at my injury and see how he could help me. I can truly say that thanks to Keith Corbin and his staff at California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy in Laguna Niguel I have never felt better. Keith has shown me the importance of keeping yourself healthy and injury free that now I am a regular customer there and I attend these facility once a week. If you have been in a same situation as me and feel that your injury cannot be taken care of, I suggest coming to this place. You will not regret it the staff here are very friendly and they care about their customers.

Hi everyone! I’m 25 years old and my issue started off waking up one morning and my entire right hand (specifically my fingers) were stuck in a curled position. Never experienced pain throughout my entire injury. The best way I could describe it is that my fingers just felt stuck. I’ve never had hand problems in my life, I’ve always been active my entire life, and I weightlift 5 times a week. I assumed I injured myself from overgripping my weights due to the fact that I do not use wrist straps and I tend to have a weaker grip and weak wrists. I started going here for PT and IMMEDIATELY felt relief in my finger after the first visit. My PT Keith did lots of deep tissue massages in my forearm since the forearm is where all the tendons are that radiate up to the fingers and lots of baby step exercises to start loosening my fingers back. I continued with my at home finger exercises and day by day I started getting full mobility in my hand again… i was able to make my food again, put my hair up into a ponytail, tie my shoes, etc. My PT, PTAs, and their aides were so helpful and so reassuring; they gave me so much hope when I felt so depressed I thought I would never be able to do anything with my hand again. After a month of PT, I have been fully restored and know the proper techniques of how to stretch my hand and what to do to hopefully prevent this from happening again.
