Edward M Kramer's Online Review Report Card

Terrible, awful, poor service ever. This was my second appointment just to check the progress of my 1st appointment and I was overcharged for the service which was never provided. My appointment was just 8 minutes and they charged me $325 and they billed my insurance for long visit of 39 mins while I was waiting in the waiting room from 3 to 3.40pm and I was called in at 3.40 to meet the doctor. When I called the billing department and explained what happened that day, the lady was so rude and said she needs to go and she disconnected the call. If you are charging for the service then make sure the customers are receiving it. The doctor clearly said if I am comfortable with the service only then we can go ahead. After 1 try I said no because doctors hands were shaking so I wasn't comfortable. They aren't even modifying the bill which was overcharged now. I feel so terrible about the visit as at least the team should be kind not rude for any of their customers.

Went in for itchy skin and blotches on my arms and neck. I didn't see Dr Kramer ( which I thought I requested but I may not be remembering this correctly ) but another Dr there. She was very patient and friendly and the cream she recommended did seem to help and my skin seems to be doing ok despite not continuing to use the cream. One thing I felt was a bit of a waste ( and why I don't automatically schedule follow ups with doctors anymore ) is the recommendation for a follow up. I'd say let the patient know that if things are improving , then a follow up may not be necessary. it was about 5 minutes long and a $75 copay to be told that things look to have improved ( which was already apparent ) and to just keep using the creams as needed. Felt that could've been easily covered during the first visit. Otherwise , pleasant visit and got some free samples of a body wash for dry skin

Very considerate, listens to concerns, consultation thorough. No question unanswered, and he doesn't mind repeating. I've been having skin freezing and cutting off moles and the results are amazing, Office comfortable. Bottled water available to patients in freely accessible refrigerator. Staff very friendly and compliment demeanor of Dr Kramer. I highly recommend this office, located behind West Anaheim MC. Beach and Orange. Handicap parking available. Elevator / stair access.

My neighbor recommended Dr. Kramer over 10 years ago and so grateful she did he really is the best dermatologist. Ive had a lot of moles removed, pre cancer, and odd vessels he has has taken care of. Also my skin is over sensitive and fair with a lot of sun damage yet not to worry he takes the time to make sure the proceedures are safe and effective. Thank you Dr. Kramer!
