George Maraczi's Online Review Report Card

Dr Maraczi was a super nice guy and great physician. He took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and helped me with my plantar fasciitis.

I only have experience with the front office of Dr. Maraczi, to whom I was referred by my primary physician in my network. When the first two calls I made were not returned, I managed to reach the office on a third try and was told no appointment would be possible until a month away. Since I was due to leave for several months shortly before then, I asked for any potential solution and was told there was none. I asked about the other doctor, Dr. Cox, and was told that my referral only extended to Dr. Maraczi. The receptionist/scheduler never made any attempt to either (1) offer to try to find an appointment cancellation, or (2) work with my network to transfer the referral to Dr. Cox, or (3) discuss my situation with Dr. Maraczi to see if there might be a way to squeeze me in. The attitude I experienced was one of indifference and sloth. Perhaps it’s just the current employment market and a recent hire, but front office attitudes are often an extension of the doctors behind them.

Great experience there, the Doc is very kind, knowledgeable and gives direct answers.

I have an appointment with Dr Maraczi on Wedfnesday, December 4th need to know time and office address.

Dr. Maraczi has a fantastic bedside manner - he is kind, warm and down-to-earth while also being professional and educative. He is obviously very experienced and bright and knows his stuff. He communicates his findings throughout the assessment in a positive and thoughtful manner. He is thorough and one doesn't feel rushed at all. I was very impressed by his patient-centered approach and the overall experience was terrific. He answered all of my questions and I felt respected and heard. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

He was great. He listened to me about ALL my foot problems, and he got me the special shoes for my flat feet & diabetes and the diclofenac gel for the plantar fasciitis. He is patient and methodical. I saw him at his Laguna Hills satellite office very near Saddleback Hospital because it is closer to my house. 5-star!

I have been going to Dr. Maraczi for so many years. He has performed numerous in-office and out-patient surgeries, along with regular monthly appointments for my condition. I feel he is the best there is if you're looking for a Podiatrist/Foot and Ankle Specialist and is Certified and an American Board member of Podiatric Surgery. His staff is helpful, professional and I have never been called in even 5 minutes late for an appointment. He has offices in Laguna Niguel, CA, Laguna Hills, CA, San Clemente, CA and at the Taj Mahal office in Laguna Hills. Everyone I have ever referred has always come back and thanked me.
