My family has been going to this doctor for 27 years my kids grew up with him they are now 30 and 33 I am using him I have been using him for 27 years he is very caring he remembers me and my boys every time we come in he knows about us before he walks in the door he assess what's going on he pays attention and he cares there has never been a time that he has not been concerned about any kind of situations that I have mentioned or that I have mentioned about my children when they were growing up and even as adults my kids say the same thing as adults my kids wish that they could always have a doctor like Dr Patel I still Use Dr Patel I am in a different state but finding one to compare to him is the hardest thing I have ever tried to do so if you have a chance to use him please do because he is very caring about each and everyone of his patients

Karen is so great! She's always on top of it. Everytime I need a physical or vaccine they made sure I could get it right then and there.

I have been to this place for very common issue of throat infection. I tried all home remedy but infection was not getting cured. I knew it needs a prescribed antibiotic so i visited doctor Jyotin Patel. I waited in the room for more than 30 mins and reminded staff that I am waiting in check up room from last 30 mins. Doctor came after 10 mins and quickly checked me and gave me antibiotic prescription. However when bill came they charged me for - New Patient visit, 45+ min high complexity.This is really not acceptable.They charged high for common known issue and with wrong check up time frame of 45 min +Be aware of this before you visit.

I've been going to Dr. Patel for years. He DOES listen and IS very attentive. He's very serious about helping you deal with any health issue. I agree with the comments about their front office staff....they need to be retrained about how to talk to people, or replaced.

Dr. Patel has been my primary care physician for many years now and i don't go anywhere where else but here. Everyone is friendly and make sure you are comfortable while there. The wait is never too long and everyone treats you just right. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Patel for as long as I can remember. He is the most outstanding Dr. I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients health and just overall well being. His staff are also just as incredible and professional. I highly suggest you pay him a visit!

Dr. Patel and staff (Karen, Sandra, & Amy) are amazing, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their patients and the community! They all go above and beyond to meet our needs. They are eager to assist, help in any way possible. My children have been going to Dr. Patel for over 11 years and after witnessing his professionalism and devotion to my children, I changed as well. Dr. Patel has experience in so many areas of medicine and has always taken care of our needs. Thank you to Family Medical Center for my peace of mind through the years!
