Dr. Klein is a true professional, i’ve seen her for my lips twice and I couldn’t be happier with them. I get a lot of compliments on my lips that they look natural, I highly recommend her for a lip filler she’s a true artist.

I was referred to this doctor by my primary physician. I called to schedule an appointment and was unable to reach anyone. The voicemail said it would take them several days to call back. I left a message and waited several weeks and never heard from anyone and I’ve tried multiple times since. I’ve left four messages over the course of the past month. This is incredibly unprofessional for a physician’s office.

I have gone here for 12 years. No other doctor came close. Dr. Klein has a great eye and doesn't oversell. I've never regretted any procedure, and I appreciate the subtlety and art of a dermatologist who is able to adjust slowly as the face ages naturally, making the right interventions and never leaving patients with an artificial, overdone appearance.

I am a 75 year old woman who has been going to Dr. Klein for many years. She is truly an artist and I feel like she sees my face like a palette. Dr. Klein NEVER tries to push expensive options - actually she always tries to stretch my available $$. She is consistent, gentle, and always listens to my input. It's like we're creating together. The staff is great too. I highly recommend Dr. Klein. She's awesome!

I've been a patient of Dr. Klein's for over 10 years for Botox and fillers. She's fantastic. Not only is she an absolute artist with her placement of fillers, she takes the time to listen to what I want, my concerns as I age and the best products to use to achieve my desires for my appearance. I'm almost 55 years old and Dr. Klein has kept me looking and feeling my best for years, never overdoing any treatment and never making me look as though I have had anything done at all. Trustworthy and one of the best in the business. I drive almost two hours for treatments every 4 months if that tells you how great she is.

The staff here is rude and when you complain they get even more rude. The last time I went I paid a lot for Botox and it didn't seem to do much. I won't be back.

I just had a Sofwave treatment. (check it out on the website) I am a long time customer of the OC Derm professional team and when I was given advise to try this new laser treatment for tightening skin, I jumped on the chance to try it. It is simple procedure - numbing gel was effective to ward of discomfort and no down time....like' NO downtime. It is too soon to see the results in action although I feel confident I will sparkle with my refreshed skin.Helpful hint- bring a book it does take some time for the numbing gel to take effect, so some waiting is involved. Good time to catch up on the latest from Oprah book club.

Dr. Klein is fantastic. I asked her opinion about fillers and she made my face look substantially younger. I have been visiting her for years getting botox but hadn't done any fillers for years. I was so pleased with what she did.

I am very disappointed as I really did not want to write this review.Let me start by saying that Dr. Klein knows what she is doing.That being said, unfortunately, she has ZERO consideration for her client's time.I have seen Dr. Klein a total of 2 times. Between these 2 times there have been 3 appointments that I have scheduled and she has cancelled the day before.Please keep in mind: Dr. Klein only works between 9am and 4pm on weekdays only. I work 45 mins away from her office and every time I schedule an appointment I need to take half day off. I always schedule in advance (1 month at least) to make sure I have the day off and her schedule is clear. 3 times Dr. Klein's office called me the day before my appointment saying that Dr. Klein had a personal matter to attend to and had to cancel the appointment. This has happened 3 times. So it took me 5 appointments to be able to see Dr. Klein 2 times. Unacceptable.I also want to add that Dr. Klein during one of the 2 appointments told me (when I schedule an appointment) to tell the reception desk that the Dr. is available for an earlier or later appointment and will accommodate my schedule. So I did. Response from the reception desk: "Oh, yes, Dr. Klein says that but then she cannot really do it".HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Does the doctor and the reception desk communicate about what to tell clients?Sorry, Dr. Klein, I don't feel you respect my time, value my business, nor care about me as a client. I will go and spend my money elsewhere!
