I just had a Sofwave treatment. (check it out on the website) I am a long time customer of the OC Derm professional team and when I was given advise to try this new laser treatment for tightening skin, I jumped on the chance to try it.  It is simple procedure - numbing gel was effective to ward of discomfort and no down time....like' NO downtime. It is too soon to see the results in action although I feel confident I will sparkle with my refreshed skin.Helpful hint- bring a book it does take some time for the numbing gel to take effect, so some waiting is involved.  Good time to catch up on the latest from Oprah book club.

Dr. Klein is fantastic. I asked her opinion about fillers and she made my face look substantially younger.  I have been visiting her for years getting botox but hadn't done any fillers for years. I was so pleased with what she did.

I am very disappointed as I really did not want to write this review.Let me start by saying that Dr. Klein knows what she is doing.That being said, unfortunately, she has ZERO consideration for her client's time.I have seen Dr. Klein a total of 2 times. Between these 2 times there have been 3 appointments that I have scheduled and she has cancelled the day before.Please keep in mind: Dr. Klein only works between 9am and 4pm on weekdays only. I work 45 mins away from her office and every time I schedule an appointment I need to take half day off. I always schedule in advance (1 month at least) to make sure I have the day off and her schedule is clear. 3 times Dr. Klein's office called me the day before my appointment saying that  Dr. Klein had a personal matter to attend to and had to cancel the appointment. This has happened 3 times. So it took me 5 appointments to be able to see Dr. Klein 2 times. Unacceptable.I also want to add that Dr. Klein during one of the 2 appointments told me (when I schedule an appointment) to tell the reception desk that the Dr. is available for an earlier or later appointment and will accommodate my schedule. So I did. Response from the reception desk: "Oh, yes, Dr. Klein says that but then she cannot really do it".HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Does the doctor and the reception desk communicate about what to tell clients?Sorry, Dr. Klein, I don't feel you respect my time, value my business, nor care about me as a client. I will go and spend my money elsewhere!

I have had amazing experiences at OC dermatology.  I went in for my second Fraxel treatment yesterday and again was met with the utmost respect and kindness from all the staff members. Especially Dr. Moji, she took the time to genuinely listen to my needs and provide excellent service both times I was there. Beautiful, clean facility and location. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been a Patient of Dr Klein for over 10 years... I started when the Wrinkles became unbearable around the age of 45...I'm Definitely NOT a Orange County Diva by any means and have limited funds as I'm a Widow taking care of 2 Special Needs Teenagers....I trust Dr. KLEIN 100% as she ALWAYS performs Procedures on my face that make me look Younger and feel Refreshed!I started with Botox then Graduated to Fillers in my 50s when my Face became thinner and more Gaunt .I'm pretty Critical of my looks and Dr. KLEIN Gives you her Honest Opinion of what would look Good for your own Personal Facial Features...She Never pushes too much Products and instead performs very Conservative BUT Younger looking Results...After my latest Voluma Filler, I got Friends and Family asking IF I'm getting more Sleep,  Eating Healthier, Excercising more etc...Noone has Never guessed that I receive some small Cosmetic Procedures that make me look a Good 10 years younger!Being Dr. KLEIN Is one of the Top Cosmetic Dermatologist in the US, However, I would Never guess this, as she's very Modest and Humble...Lastly, as Busy as she is, she Never Rushes me, and makes time to answer All my questions...Finding Dr. KLEIN Was a True God Send and I'm So Grateful to have found her!!Make time for Yourself, and make an Appointment with Dr Lorrie KLEIN and I Guarantee you that You will Love your Results!

Upon arrival at OC dermatology for my appointment with Dr. Klein, I was astounded by the friendliness and professionalism of her staff.  Already knowing I had chosen the perfect place to be. Clean, Bright and a very New Age feel to the waiting area. I didn't wait long at all to have my questions answered, re-evaluted, agreed upon and serviced in less than 20 minutes.  Amazing visit, comfortable experience,  beautiful result with a skilled Doctor, who cares about you.  I will definitely be seeing this "New Happy Place," Again.  I thank you

I highly recommend Dr. Lorrie Klein.  She is knowledgeable, congenial, and she is an excellent listener.  She realizes that every one of her patients has different desires in regard to dermatological procedures.  I have visited her office many times, and I have always been pleased with the results that Dr. Klein and her friendly staff have provided.  I had been concerned prior to my most recent visit because of the possible dangers involved with the transmission of COVID-19.  However, I had no reason to worry.  Dr. Klein and her staff took all possible precautions to keep everyone safe from the virus.  As usual, well done, Dr. Klein!

I love how  Doctor Klein conducts her fillers. My cheeks are so gaunt and I see immediate results when she treats me.  She also always has the latest techniques which I love !
