First impressions Tori the receptionist. Not helpful nor friendly. I had to ask direct questions and got the impression I was bothering her. Cant review Dr s as I choose elsewhere
I have been having my toe nails trimmed for a couple of years now by a Podiatrist. When OPTUM took over Monarch my Dr. chose not to stay on with Monarch. So I found Dr. Cox in my network and he accepts Medicare. Well today was my 2nd visit to his office. On my 1st visit I was told by Dr. Cox I should not be seeing a Dr. for this, but he cut my nails and I made my next appointment which was today(10/11/21). He came in and asked what was wrong and I said just need my nails done. Again he told that a back injury the has placed rod's & screw's in my back that no longer allow me to reach my toes is not a reason for him to trim my nails I should go get a pedicure. I explained to him that OPTUM had approved my visit, he went on to argue about insurance with me. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THE APPROVED PROCEDURE DON'T TAKE MEDICARE. AND DON'T ARGUE INSURANCE WITH THE PATIENT TAKE IT UP WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY. JUST DO THE JOB AND MOVE ON. PATIENT 1ST.
I'd give zero stars if possible. Referral for Dr. Maraczi but was shifted to Cox. Came for a simple ingrown toe nail. He did surgery and took way too much of the healthy nail. It did not heal properly and looks after a year very deformed. The pain did not go away and I saw a second Podiatrist. He took an X-ray and found a bone spur growing out of the bone of the same toe. All the good Dr. Cox said was it shouldn't hurt now. He really just wants to play golf in Hawaii. Second reputable DPM said my toe looks like a mess and when he examined it it still was painful. Find another MD for your feet issues.
He's gentle, explained condition well, gave me options, did not rush to surgery as an option. His office is well run and pretty much on time. Dr. is respectful, knowledgeable and engaged in his practice. Highly recommend this practice
Dr Cox is very good with my feet. I will ask questions and he answers in a matter easy to understand. I would highly recommend him. The office staff is great and I never have to wait.
Never have to wait more than 5 minutes!! Dr. Cox fixes the problems quickly and with the most current cures. Highly recommend!!
Dr Cox took care of my problem, wish I had gone to him sooner.
I have seen Dr. Cox on multiple occasions for my bad feet. I recently had bunion and hammertoe surgery after years of putting up with the pain. The office was very professional and my foot looks and feels great. I would highly recommend Dr. Cox. thanks .
Had hammer toe surgery was unsuccessful didn't get good response suggested a orthodontic after suffering expensive foot surgery really?.. And mentioned having another surgery?? If the first time was wrong would another surgery help omg what horror
I wanted to thank Dr.Cox and his staff for staying late in a Friday might to deal with my painful ingrown toenail. The person on the phone was very accommodating and I'm so glad they didnt make me wait until Monday to fix it. Thanks.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
