Memorialcare Surgical Center Laguna Niguel's Online Review Report Card

Just had surgery here, the entire staff went above and beyond in taking care of me. They continually checked on me and my comfort level and kept me laughing. Very compassionate people with respect towards your incapacity after sugery. These girls seriously deserve a raise. The facility was super clean. Zero complaints.

This facility opens up at six a.m. to accommodate the volume of various out patient medical procedures. They contact your ride as you get ready to be released after your surgery. The staff is very courteous and caring while you are there. Everything is very clean and orderly as well.

I've had to surgical procedures at this center over the last three years! Both experiences were seamless! From the billing department, to the PreOp phone call, to the front office and nursing team, everyone was great! I was very thankful my surgeon recommended this surgery center for both outpatient surgeries (GYN lap surgery)! I don't think anyone looks forward to surgery, and the experience is overwhelming...however the team at Laguna Niguel Surgery Center really makes every effort to treat you like family and ensure you are safe and cared for! Excellent center, highly recommended if you need an outpatient surgery!

This facility and their staff are First Class, I wish Hospitals and Doctor's offices were this great and competent!! Their Doctors, Anesthesiologists, Nurses and Physician Assistants are the best. The facility is clean and tidy, everyone is friendly and ready to help you. I have Cataract Removal /Corrective Lens Implant Surgery by Dr. Audrey Tai there, she is the absolute best Ophthalmologist Surgeon you could ask for, and Dr. Alan Mizutani was the attending Anesthesiologist, he was tremendous too, very caring and thoughtful. The Nurses are the best and so caring.

My 3 year old had surgery here last week. The staff was so kind and clearly went the extra mile to make sure my son was comfortable. They explained what they were doing to him, were very gentle. Marissa and Lynn were absolutely the reason that experience went the way it did. As a parent you want your little one treated with respect and have it be as positive an experience as possible and I can say they achieved that.

I've now had two surgeries at Laguna Niguel Surgery Center. I had sinus surgery in 2019, and shoulder surgery this week (2022). Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, recovery and everyone in between are absolutely amazing. Both times I felt so informed, comfortable and at complete ease with my procedures! Thank you Laguna Niguel Surgery Center!

They used laxatives instead of anesthesia, I ended up having explosive diarrhea all over the operating room. 5/5 would recommend

Had a surgery here not too long ago. Place was clean, stuff was friendly and helpful. I felt loved and cared for. Price was not bad! I would have given 5 stars but there was one thing it really bothered me, the nurses kept talking about food!!! And come on some of us are hungry and in pain- like for me, that’s why I was having a surgery to find out why I’m having some many digestive issues. I don’t think they do it intentionally they were just happy people sharing recipes :/)

Dr Salma Aziz is in my opinion, thee best surgeon ever, no doubt. The staff at her office are fantastic too. Everyone treats you like you’re important and I really think that kinda stuff is important 👌🏽 The staff at the Surgery center are absolutely fantastic too. Put me at total ease on the day of my surgery and we’re 100% the whole time. I’m so grateful to everyone. 🙏🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
