Rebecca Garfinkle's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Garfinkle is truly an amazing doctor. We went to other pediatric neurologist and Dr. Garfinkle is in a different league. Dealing with your children and medical issues is never easy but the level of care and compassion that Jennifer and her provide helps make our journey easier. I don’t know of any other doctors that are so responsive at any time or day of the week. Dr. Garfinkle provided unmatched care, attention, and time to each of our visits. I can not say enough good things about her and Jennifer.

Dr. Garfinkle was great and truly listened + cared. She read all the paperwork we sent over (previous tests and basically an entire life of medical history) and was quite thorough. You can tell she is used to working with small children by her office and demeanor as she is quite kind + bubbly. If you have an older child they may feel out of place in the office but worth it to see Dr. Garfinkle. The one con is if you want an appointment it may be a month out, at least in my experiences. Her office is very good about letting you know if someone else canceled and you can take their spot. Plus a month out appointment is npthing compared to CHOC waiting times.

Dr. Garfinkle is the best Pediatric Neurologist that we have seen. She was great with my son, very patient, knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. She even found a program to help us with pricing for some tests we needed. We've been to other Neurologists that just weren't the best. She was great.

Amazing. I absolutely love Dr Garfinkle’s bedside manor, she is patient, kind, and interactive with my child. My child has no fear entering this office and actually enjoys interacting with her which is impressive for a child seeing doctors frequently since 3 months old. I definitely would recommend her to family & friends as well as anyone looking for a Neurologist in the Orange County area.

I cannot thank Dr. Garfinkle her enough for everything she has done for me. When I first met her, I instantly knew she was the right doctor for me. We got along well and every time I walked in her office I felt so safe. She always put a smile on my face when I saw her and I loved asking about her military service to the country. With her help I learned how to work through my numerous challenges and I made it through high school! This is something that many people (including my own teachers) told me would not be possible due to my disabilities. Dr. Garfinkle also helped me come up with a plan for after high school and I am now working my first job at the VA Long Beach. I feel that her impact on me has given me a solid foothold on my future.

I'm so glad we found Dr. Garfinkle/Pediatric Neurology of Orange County! My son has been a patient for two years now and has thrived under Dr. Garfinkle's care. I appreciate the care, kindness, and professionalism from Dr. Garfinkle and Jennifer. Highly recommend!

Dr. Garfinkle was wonderful. She took so much time to talk to us and to really listen to my son. She was able to reassure him and make him feel hopeful..... We are thrilled to have found Dr. Garfinkle.

Dr. Becky is awesome and her staff was great. Easy to get appointments and a really nice building with easy parking too! I would definitely recommend Dr. Becky. She spent so much time with us, and gave us great answers to our questions.

Very unprofessional staff and probably poor representation of Dr. Garfinkle whom unfortunately we won't get a chance to meet and were referred by someone we trust wholeheartedly. Jennifer (only admin staff we had contact with) lacks customer service skills or the office is just too busy/understaffed. I just hope she shreds our private info she asked us to complete ASAP to get us in November but forgot to call us until I left a private message w/ the Doctor. Never rvd the appt email or call.
