I have been coming here since 2016 and seeing Dr. Krafcik. She is truly kind, professional, and listens attentively to your needs. Her staff is extremely accomodating and kind. I believe Dr. Krafcik is one of the best (#1 in my opinion) doctors in the area. She is one of the few doctors left in this city that truly care about people by providing them with the best medical care.

Dr. Krafcik is amazing! She takes her time with her patients and is very caring and kind! Besides being my doctor she also cared for both of my parents, they loved her! She provides compassion and honest advise.

I am in my mid 40’s and have been seeing Dr. Krafcik for a few years now and cannot begin to tell you how wonderful she is. She is very thorough and has excellent knowledge of medicine and impeccable bedside manners. She listens very patiently and has great input and insight. It is apparent that she cares and wants the best for you as a patient. She is prompt in returning my emails and uses “My Chart” efficiently (I love that she is technologically savvy!). Being in healthcare myself I can honestly tell her that she is a gem indeed, I only wish I would have found her earlier!
