Dr. Evans has been my Dermatologist for the last 10 years or so. She always listens, never feel as if she's rushing me. She diagnosed a skin cancer requiring Mohs procedure that another Dermatologist totally ignored. I have found Dr. Evans and staff, including front desk to be kind, efficient, proactive, & aware of successful-scientific-studies.Thank you! LJP

The receptionist very is rude. It takes months to get an appointment and then they cancel at the last minute without trying to get you a new appointment. Unprofessional and very rude behavior by receptionst. Go somewhere else.

I waited five months to get an appointment with this “group” they kept sending me text reminders and calling to confirm my appointment and then cancel my appointment two hours before I am supposed to show up. I took the afternoon off of work and there was not even the slightest trace of an apology from the rude receptionist. Can I charge you for cancellation without giving ME 24 hours notice? How are these people even still in business? Horrible!

Continually a great experience and outcome. I was seen on time with no wait. Dr Evans is highly experienced and technically very adept at procedures like excisions with no pain, no complications, quick recovery, no scar (amazing really). Senior skin seems to require extra vigilance, and she has the know-how. Office is running smoothly (and I ran medical offices in LA so I know the difference). I consider myself lucky and privileged to receive dermatological medical services by someone of her very high calibre. It's hard to find in this subspecialty! J Brennan Laguna Woods

I called Dr. Evans office to make an appointment for my son. They asked about all our insurance information (we have Anthem BC) and I had to call my insurance and our medical group to confirm that we don't need a referral for a dermatologist, and they did confirm that. Her office said they need the medical group (Optum, one of the largest ones in this area) to call them and confirm - which they did, and they asked Optum to fax them all the information about our plan - which they did. They said they've been working with Optum a lot but still did not have all the info from them. After so many phone calls (3 or 4 with this office) and hours on the phone they said they don't take any new patients. If that was true, they should've said it from the beginning.
